Very unprofessional place I walked in and three people was behind the counter. A male was just finishing up with a customer and two ladies was standing there talking to each other. Even though I was the only one on the line, it was no one in front of me and no one behind me. I stood there for at least 2 to 3 minutes until one person address me. The first thing out of her mouth was do you have an account here? As if I was just standing here just to be standing in here with no money. I never was asked this question at any other chase locations now when I mention how much money I want to take out the other associate was staring as to unbelief. Overall is Just poor service. I will never do service at this location. I just feel some type of way and it made me feel uncomfortable.

I find it unacceptable I have been sent not one, but two of my dead mother's debit cards connected to her account because we have the same name. My card was expiring and up for renewal, and I have been trying to get the new debit card working for months. I have been without a debit card for weeks, because they shredded the original which was actually working, which has caused a late fee on my phone bill because I was assured it was fixed when it wasn't. I have had countless phone calls and have gone in person to chase with my identification to try to get a working debit card. They can't seem to figure out me and my mom are different people with different accounts, social security numbers, and middle names. She has been dead for five years. To make it even worse, my father's new debit card was sent to my address, which he has never lived at, and never switched his address with chase. I will be looking for a different bank, because I don't feel my money or identity is safe anymore.

The poor rating is for the outside machines. To often they don’t work. Especially the drive through machine. It’s old and slow. Update the thing already.

I wish I could give Chase 0 stars. I opened an account with them and deposited my paycheck for maternity leave, mind you that's 2 months pay that I had been waiting on since March. They put a 10 day hold on my money because I am a new customer. No one told me when I opened the account that this would be done until they had my check deposited. I am sitting here after having a moment of relief completely stressed. I have a brand new baby and my MONTHS of salary is inaccessible to me. No one will help me. This hold makes absolutely 0 sense. I have been working since I was 14 and have never had a paycheck put on hold. This is cruel and unnecessary. As soon as my check clears I will be withdrawing my funds and closing my account. Worst experience ever.

I was minding my business at the atm and this man came behind me and says “ok let me see your card” so I turn around looking at him like what! He then says he was an employee there, so I showed him my card & explained the strip was crappy so I have to put it in a few times before it works. He then walks off & says “Good Luck With Putting Your Boxes On”. So IF he was an employee then he would know like all EBT card holders know, Chase bank is used by the Department Of Social Services and you can use your card at their atm’s without being charged a fee. Plus I doubt extremely high that if I was a scammer, I wouldn’t have been there broad daylight while holding my dog with my car parked front & center. I know what he said wasn’t true, but it still hurt my feelings bad and I already suffer from depression and any type of social anxiety which keeps me from coming out the house during day hours. I’ve been using that atm twice a month for about 4 years only at night time because that’s when I feel the most comfortable. But ever since I got my little sidekick dog he’s helped me get out the house A LOT more doing things during normal hours of the day. But ever since that day, I’ve taken a TREMENDOUS step back because of that man & I remember exactly what he looks like. So to Chase bank; I know there are bad people in the world scamming others, but PLEASE train your employees better than him because the damage he’s caused me is extremely hard for me to overcome and I cry a lot because of it. His behavior was disgusting and he had no right to judge me and I wasn’t looking suspicious in any way or doing anything wrong.

I used Zelle with my bank online for an apartment viewing on Craigslist and the rent was low. I was contacted it was a scam and I reported the fee. I was told it couldn't be returned. Beware.

Such an unpleasant experience with the teller. I went to put a request for foreign currency and I asked to repeat my phone number a third time right before I leave just to make sure it was the right one. I have problems with memory. She told me she said it twice, but did not proceed to repeat it upon my request. I don’t think it takes time and effort to just repeat a phone number back. She could’ve easily said it. I didn’t even speak in a way that would have instigated a negative response as I could’ve easily understood her attitude and response. They need to be mindful that there are people that have difficulties and special needs. What if I didn’t speak English well? Or had an impairment? It’s easy to provide a good experience without escalating things.

I just pulled out of the drive thru. The woman who helped me had such an attitude. She was talking down to me. I never had a problem here before and never posted a review. Don't bring your problems to work lady
