Business branch that won’t allow you to withdraw more than one 1k at a time .. ATM limits are adjusted on cards with banks etc ..
Website states 5k per day as per business branch nothing is stated at all in or on ATM during withdrawal process in regards to limits

The tellers are fine but when you go when they’re closed they’re ATMs never fully work. Either can’t withdraw and only deposit or Vice versa. Now the inside doesn’t work at all after 2 weeks of them half working. This is the one off Saxon and Main Street in Bayshore. It’s making me want to switch back to Bethpage smh plus they’re in the same parking lot and it’s right next door to me.

ISSUE: Circulation of Counterfeit Bills at the Branch
I am writing to warn any future customers about a serious issue I encountered at the Chase Bay Shore branch. On Monday, September 30, 2024. I visited the branch to withdraw $500. The teller provided me with five $100 bills, which passed through the bank’s electronic money counter. However, upon stepping outside the bank, I closely examined the bills and found one to be suspicious.
When I returned to address the issue, I was informed that because I had left the premises, they would not be able to replace the counterfeit bill. As a result, I lost $100 of my hard-earned money.
I am disappointed that Chase, a trusted institution, would allow counterfeit bills to circulate. It is especially concerning that the tellers appear to rely heavily on electronic machines, which in this case, failed to detect the counterfeit bill. The lack of proper training and awareness among branch staff is troubling.
I would also like to note that this is not the first issue I’ve had with the quality of bills from this branch. I have often received old, poor-quality bills from the ATMs that are not recognized during transactions at other institutions.
I hope that Chase will address this issue promptly, improve its cash-handling procedures, and provide additional training to staff on how to identify counterfeit bills more effectively. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter, as I believe no customer should experience a similar situation.

The negative reviews don't do this Chase location justice. The management Mike and Vanessa are very professional, kind, attentive and personable. The branch is always clean and the entire staff are very helpful. On many occasions I have gone to the drive up Atm and it always has issues, so I go to the drive up window and I'm greeted by staff members and promptly helped with my transaction.

No one ever answers the phone in that place no matter any day of the week, any hour of the day, holiday not a holiday they just don’t answer their phones so you have to physically always go there to speak to someone directly or call another location to help you.

Probably the worst chase I’ve been to. Teller was completely useless and had no interest in helping and let me walk out without situation being solved. Poor management for whoever hires these people

Am a non Chase bank customer I stop to cash a check and the teller refuse to do the transaction she told me to go to my bank and deposited the check that is ridiculous I can deposit the heck in my bank but will take a couple days to clear the check that’s why I stop at this bank because the check belongs to them and to get the cash even if I have to pay the $8 fee. For me that is a bad customer service.
