Worst service. Came in to speak to someone at that desk to help us with our banking. The woman who work behind the desk are rude and completely unaccomadating. Made us wait a ridiculous amount of time to even talk to them. I've been a customer for decades, but I'm thinking of changing banks.

Typical bank on a busy Main St. Parking lot is full of holes, has an inside ATM as well as one outdoors.

Went into this bank today to withdraw money and was racially profiled.The teller asked me was I using my card (insinuating I was using someone else card). As a black woman it’s very disrespectful to be asked that especially when you work hard for your money. Even if he felt like I was using someone else’s card he could have just asked me for my ID which he did not do.

Although the "1-800 number" told me that the branch close to me would have tellers available, they were wrong and the branch was closed. I bank at a few banks but could not find anything that was available on a Saturday. I went to the location at the MacArthur airport where another customer told me that the Bay Shore branch had employees working on a Saturday. I arrived, waited on line (moved fast) and explained my situation to a teller. He was not interested in assisting me and was quite short. I did not like his attitude and chose to speak with the representative at the lobby desk. I met with Fanny Mendez and she was outstanding. Fanny was patient, kind, helpful, and her main goal was to offer excellent customer service (unlike the teller that I originally met with.) A company should want people to brag about them and I am comfortable bragging about Fanny. She should train people on how to treat the clients that bank with you. She spent so much time with me and although I could not take care of what I intended to (no fault of hers,) I am glad to have met her and worked with her. I believe in providing both negative and positive reviews and I would have given a "5" but the teller had a poor approach to customer service. Thank you, Fanny. I hope you all stay safe and healthy.

The only male teller is such a snotty person. Everytime I go there and end up being assisted by him, every single transactions makes it seem like you're asking him to do impossible tasks (i.e: asks for money in certain bills, asks for coin rollers, even asking for a couple of money envelopes). The other tellers are a little better but they also make it seem like you're asking for a lot.

I opened an account and got my frist credit card approved. Go to Johannes he nice and takes his time helping you understand how to avoid fees.
