Mostly staff is disrespectful. I went to return Amazon package but they says print the label and mail it back from here. The guy was so rude.

The rx manager Nancy was extremely rude and unhelpful to me gave me the wrong info and then when told well you got the right one so your good very poor customer service skills and it's medical so she really doesn't care for her job or CVS

My doctor called in a prescription for my wife. I called several times to check when it would be ready but they never answered the phone. I went to the pharmacy and was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I went home and literally walked in the door when the phone rang telling me the prescription was ready so I had to go back again.
