Just go to another pharmacy/CVS in general. The manager there literally disappears for 30 minutes, while every register is frozen and the employees cannot move forward unless she comes back to clear the screen, and then they can move forward with another transaction. When they call her over the loudspeaker to hurry her back to the pharmacy, she never even comes back for another 15 minutes, spending company time doing god knows what on the other side of the store! There are roaches in and around the pharmacy, black mold spreading across the bathroom ceilings and hallways. Everyone working constantly complains about headaches, probably due to mold exposure that nobody ever bothers to clean! If you need medicine filled, they lie and say it’ll be 15 mins, and you come back and it isn’t even filled.
It also seems whenever anybody asks for syringes, they automatically profile certain people and deny them access to safe and clean syringes. It just seems like such a cold thing to do to people trying to find insulin syringes, even if they aren’t being used for insulin, who are they to judge! Give the people access to clean syringes if they’re trying their best to find a source.
There’s only about one or two people in this whole pharmacy who know what to do, while the others look as though they’re lost. I’ve grown to know a few of them personally after years of picking up my medicine, and I only wish the working environment was better for them; it really breaks my heart seeing how understaffed and overworked the few people who actually know how to work have to be when they need to carry the workload of others who don’t do anything at all.

It was nie to have someone help me. I really hate the way businesses are shifting to computer voices that require me to wait to get to a person.

They don’t care about how long you have to wait to get your prescription and after you been waiting for a long time you have to make an other line because they can help you there and I have to start another line over again, they always look like they are having fun talking to each other while people is waiting

Staff was nice , place clean , everything there you would need is there. Though i went in to find marshmallows which ive bought previously and checked and they werent were they usually would be at but I didn't mind and check the brand and ingredients and noticed it was expired since November 14, 2024 and today is December 4
. when i brought this issue up the employee up front offered an apologize and went back to the shelf to see if any other marshmallows were within the expiration date . none were. he then went to the back of the store to search for any more which werent but i appreciate this guys help 100%

Just purchased a gallon of GE distilled water and a pack of Ramen. Just wanted some quick soup. Didn't even realize anything was amiss until after my soup curdled! Whaaaaat?! Is this the soup or the water?!?!?! Either way. I want my money AND my coupons back!! This is unacceptable!

This place is an absolute disgrace when it comes to service. A person will lose their life waiting for this place fill a prescription. Terrible service and lie after lie on when they will have medicine available. Just tell me from jump the truth. I truly hate this place and hope they lose customers over this
