I was shopping at this store today when an employee, I believe the supervisor, very rudely told my 8-year-old son to return the ball i was about to buy to put it back where it was so i told him to put it back . I also returned my gift card because the employee was extremely rude to my son and me. I will definitely not return to this store.

I recently visited Cus Pharmacy and had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The tall lady who assisted me was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Her behavior was unprofessional, and she definitely needs to improve her manners. I was shocked to learn that she is the manager, as her conduct does not reflect the qualities of a good leader. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this pharmacy again. ew

This place has changed drastically. There is a punk named Justin who works at the pharmacy who called my mother stupid and told her to shut up. He's lucky I, my husband or my nephew's weren't around. Very disrespectful to an elderly woman.

Would be zero stars after today's experience. Will definitely go out of the way to avoid. The one and only front of store employee had 2 people in line at his register, 1 person needed assistance at self check out the other self check out was out of service and I needed the oil of Olay moisturizer unlocked. He called for a manager, she peeked out from behind a door and as he began to ask for help she closed the door.
First issue: having to ask for lotion to be unlocked...makes me feel like a criminal, waste my time having to find someone to unlock glass cabinet, and alludes to an unsafe environment.
Second issue: the management was a no show when her staff and customers needed her help.
Do better and I may return, will definitely steer clear and encourage others to avoid.
