Dave at Diamond is the only person I ever let touch my car. He took perfect care of my baby for over 20 years. Any time they needed to keep the car for more than a day, they always put the car in their garage at night which is HUGE for someone who has a classic vehicle and is worried about it being outside. They also did some custom work on my car which normal repair shops wouldn't want to touch.
Finding a good, trustworthy mechanic is always a challenge. Diamond will have my business forever. I wouldn't risk taking my car anywhere else.

(Old review @ 5 stars) Very knowledgeable and honest. High prices, but you get what you pay for.
(New review) turns out that they've been charging very high prices but literally not doing the work. Example; I'd been taking my box truck to him for a couple years with a weird problem with acceleration. He said "it's just the overdrive kicking in". In an emergency I took it to a different mechanic. The other mechanic pointed out that the fuel filter was never changed and was so rusted that water was getting in the fuel. Meanwhile I had had my truck pass inspection twice at Diamond Auto. On top of that, the fuel filter is visible from outside the vehicle. The other mechanic pointed directly at it the minute I drove up. I guess they just slapped a sticker on it and took hundreds of $$$.
If YOU PERSONALLY don't know how to work on cars then this isn't the mechanic shop for you, because you'll have to ensure they actually did something to your vehicle.

Only needed inspection.told me I needed ball joints to pass.went to another repair shop and said ball joints are fine was in and out in 20 minutes
