My teens were in the store and were looking around for items. A employee around the store and my kids felt uncomfortable, the employee lied about the prices of items to get my kids to leave the store. Then like the responsible teens my kids are they talked the employee that was following them and asked why. The employee had no answers for any of the questions my kids asked and was rude and incredibly nasty to my kids. I believe I will be returning to this location and I’m disappointed in the employees. The other young employees were laughing at the older employee because of how he couldn’t explain anything that my teens were actually doing besides trying out a bike horn that they bought.

If you ever buy online, take into account that they will sell you at full price third hand items. And to resolve it, they will offer no more than 10% discount.

Customer service in the sneaker department is terrible. They don’t assist you because they're too busy watching videos on their phones, and if you call them over to find a style of shoe, they pretend not to notice or completely ignore you.

The girl Kristina who works the register is just an unhappy person. I don’t think she has smiled in 5 years. She loves to examine coupons like a CSI investigation. She takes great pride in trying to stop you from using a coupon. One time she told me she didn’t recognize the coupon I had (Sayville little league) because they have them in a book behind the counter. I had to get the manager to get 20 percent off. Months later my phone died in store and I asked her if she could just look up the coupon in the “book” since she told me last time they are all in there. She said nope. I need to see the coupon. But guess what. I didn’t have my car charger. So I had to drive 20 minutes home, charge my phone and then drive 20 minutes back to get the 20 percent off. It’s the most absurd thing I’ve ever seen.
She also loves to examine returns and interrogate you like a crime scene as well.
“Is there anything wrong with it ?”
“No, just don’t need it”
“So why are your returning it”
“I just don’t need it”
“Is there a particular reason why you are returning it “
Huh?
I’ve never seen anything like it. You would think she gets some kind of cash bonus for denying coupons and making returns difficult. I try to go to the register closest to the mall now so I don’t have to interact with her.

Went in today to try on Hoka sneakers. Kevin was amazing. I asked for one of each type so I could nail down the style I wanted and he did it happily. Thank you Kevin you were great!

I recently visited this store looking for a particular shirt I could not find anywhere else. I was helped by Regina who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed not only was she just helpful but she was so kind and welcoming. Thanks again Regina! I will definitely be shopping here again

The guy at the shoes area is very rude I wasn’t able to get his name but he has very curly hair , and was not helpful at all we end up leaving and not buying anything due to his rudeness I ask a simple question and he answered like if he was gonna pay for my stuff !!! Treated us like if we were dumb ! Hope he gets pais to use his phone cause that is all he was doing pretending he didnt see us!!!!!

The atmosphere is nice, the staff are super friendly and always have been, the options and prices are vast and average. Overall good store.

Love it. Lots of brands to choose from whether you are an athlete or just looking for clothes. Prices vary but on the higher side but you pay for the good quality and the good service.

Sarah was an absolute snot not letting me pick up an order. Could’ve given me it and I would’ve been on my way. Instead saying my order wasn’t there and refusing to give it to me and then giving me an absolute attitude.By the way says my name RIGHT on the package so maybe use your eyes. Thanks.
