Entering Foot Locker at Bayshore usually fills me with excitement, eager to explore the latest shoes and Juicy Couture sweat suits. However, my recent visit turned sour due to the despicable behavior of an employee named Kaylee. Kaylee's consistent rudeness and abysmal service left me seething with anger and disappointment. It's downright appalling to witness such flagrant disregard for customer service in a place that should epitomize helpfulness and positivity. On the flip side, Xavier was a beacon of outstanding service. Individuals like Xavier inject the shoe shopping experience with unparalleled charm and excellence, ensuring customers keep coming back for more. Were it not for Xavier's exceptional assistance, I wouldn't have made the purchase I did. Kaylee's toxic attitude not only reeks of unprofessionalism but is downright repugnant for anyone in a customer-facing role, especially one involving interactions with children. I vehemently urge Kaylee to reconsider her career choice, as her poisonous demeanor has no place in a setting meant for fostering positive human connections.

Do not attempt to buy at this store several of employees will attempt to threaten you I went in to store placed a hold on sneakers at last they placed the sneakers away were told to leave the store supervisor and 2 employees supervisor told me to leave wasn’t professional to ask what was wrong and I wasn’t done with my shopping totally unprofessional disgusting ? never ever had an issue with any store in my past

Besides it being very warm in the store(no ac) I basically had to keep finding/asking the young man on the floor to get a different pairs to try. Finally gave up on him dealt with another associate who was bringing up the shoes and he was great!

Won a reservation at this location and when I went to go pick it up they told me my size wasn’t available and told me I had to choose from a different size range keep in mind I did make the time frame of 3-5 to pick them up I would just be mindful before coming here

Worst place ever. Finish line is great except for the manager Maleek ( Don't know how to spell it). Horrible costumer service. Rude and unprofessional.

Love the store and customer service. Only downfall is they don’t offer military discount. So I will shop across the hall at footlocker and get my well deserved discount and I am active veteran.
