The staff is incredibly welcoming, super friendly, and helpful, always answering questions and offering assistance. The actual wash is solid, leaving cars clean and mostly dry. The vacuum and detail station is amazing and really makes this place stand out. It features extremely powerful vacuums with two different options, including a wide nozzle and crevice tool. Complimentary clean microfiber towels are provided with a clean/dirty towel system, along with glass cleaner and an air gun to blow crumbs and dust away. The self-service mat cleaning machines are great, with one for all-weather mats and one for carpet mats. The powerful vacuums, compressed air, towels, and mat cleaners make it easy to finish the job. A minor downside is that the vacuum area feels a bit tight. Overall, it is a convenient local option that blows other car washes away with all the options. New member and unlimited packages are recommended.

The actual wash wasn't good. There wasn't enough water or soap used. The entire rear hatch wasn't touched. I spent 40 minutes cleaning the car after the wash. I must compliment the vacuum. It has very strong suction. Also, the complimentary moist microfiber towels were very helpful.
