Horrible service! the guy at the register mad disrespectful and the manager is extremely rude. if I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not coming back.

Stupid return policy - rude employees telling me it’s a sanitary issue that the tag fell off the jacket I bought yesterday that I want to return, and that I need to read my receipt better before trying to return something. If I have all the items needed to process a return it should be processed. You’re telling me you can’t reattach a tag that was ripped off? So if I come back with it reattached you will give me my money back? Last time I buy anything from Forever 21, never should have went in the first place honestly

I went to Forever 21 today 12/12/23 @6:30pm with my mans, I walk in and automatically I see a tall man with glasses yelling and cursing at a staff member. I assumed this was a random customer but turns out it was the manager. I wanted to exchange a pair of heels but unfortunately, I didn't know I could not without a tag (which I got from another location like that) so cashier who was nice and friendly, asked for the manager to see if I can still exchange without tag he comes up and automatically comes in with an aggressive demeanor. The girl already seemed scared of this man and tells him I didn't have a tag so then he speaks on top of her and goes "you got no tag and on top of that these are final sale have a good day" and walks away didn't even let me explain my situation like a manager should listen to his customers. I told him to fix his attitude. I feel bad for all the staff members who are dealing with this man who thinks the world revolves around him. He's definitely going no where in life with that attitude. He may know how to run a store but definitely doesn't know how to maintain good customer service or have a good relationship with his coworkers.

Very poor customer service from employee that works there- male, tall, with glasses. Especially when it comes to price matching to website prices. He was evidently frustrated that I asked to speak to his superior (never have I ever done this but there was no reasoning with him) to price match for me which she had no issue doing and allowed it. Speaks to you like you’re beneath him for asking questions. His coworkers are clearly scared and uncomfortable with him, and if he has no respect or politeness towards customers I’d hate to think how he treats the people he works with.

I come to this forever 21 often, good customer service. One big issue the fitting is covered in dust. Seems like it’s not getting cleaned at all. Unfortunately the employees and customers are breathing all of this in and causing people getting sick. Also fitting room is very dirty. Many stains all over the floor.

Whoever is in charge at Bay Shore - Male with glasses - very rude guy. At 7 45 he closes the fitting rooms and says no one can no longer try on clothes - mind you the store wasn’t even closed !! Where is the customer service these days?? I was so disgusted

Amazing customer service for only 4 employees. 3 females and 1 male. The main “managers” very unprofessional and seem not to care about employees. 4 employees 10/10 deserve the world.

This store needs a better strategy for forming a line at the cashier. Out of all the years I have shopped at this specific location, this current one is the worst of them all. Customer service here downgraded a long time ago as well. There is no clear indication of where the line forms. I imagine that this is annoying for the cashiers because there is only just isles laid out in front of each cashier. So naturally, a cashier watched me look for where the line was while they were waiting for another person to pay. Knowing I was on the line, she said nothing to me, just stared at me. Then other people hopped on the line in the next isle after I was already waiting. When it was my turn she gave me a dead stare and said the other people were on the line. If she sees me waiting on the wrong line and had the energy to stare at me, why didn’t she bother to tell me to get on the “real line”? Not sure if you guys have low standards or just don’t pay your workers enough. But it’s always a horrible time when I stop in here, which explains why I stop in less and less over the years.

If I could give no stars I would yesterday I bought a pj set and I called them to verify if I could return it still I got yelled at over the phone saying I couldn't and other very rude comments were yelled at me because their clothing can't be good quality and is cheap that is not my fault I will never be going back to this place and will be returning my item and exchanging it for a new one and then I am done with the store I think Amazon has better quality then this cheap store

They were rude on the phone and had horrible costumer service and when I had my sibling speak to a manager about it they were rude too honestly disgusting and if anyone can let me know how to speak to someone higher it would be greatly appreciated save yourself the trip
