Check your receipt. MULTIPLE items I purchased were charged at full price when they were advertised at various discounts. My mistake that I didn't bother to check until I was home. One item I could understand. Multiple is unacceptable.

It's not a big store like in any other location but the service is pretty good, the gentlemen on the floor are very nice, cashiers very professional and patience, I can't complain.I Got a great selection of clothes from Guess and purse. Great customer service. Definitely coming back. Also have a nice selection for Men and they were very helpful.

I came to the mall looking for a pair of slacks. Unfortunately, I could not find what I was looking for. Luckily, I did find some lunch at the food court. Deep in a corner of the mall is a 7-Eleven location attached. Definitely, great for any incidentals or snacks.

I was very upset cause I love my Guess and there was shoes that had a piece next to them and the sales person said it wasn't those then asked the price and could find out the price. Walked away upset that they couldn't find a price..

Sometimes I come to the mall for an early morning walk. Beforehand, I grab a quick breakfast at Panera. A nice mix of stores at this mall. Very clean and safe.

With such a big name attached to their store you would think they had more to offer inside. Very limited on variety very limited on product, disappointed at how truly small the store really is for giant name like Guess.Not impressed by their products in Bayshore mall.
