I called Sunday night to report the accident and by early Monday morning my agent at the West Islip location called me, I didn't even have to call them. And, to this day (2025) he is very responsive to all my inquiries. Bryan is always a pleasure to work with and is professional, he acts quickly to get answers and always follows up. When Bryan isn't around, I've worked with Addison and Leanette who are also professional and easy to work with.
