Great business, these folks treat you like a customer not a number. We had Sintas and replaced them with J&A. No hidden costs, contracts or BS. They are a pleasure to deal with and they take care of you even when you make mistakes on your order. The owner John gives you his cell and the manager Steve is always available. one of their drivers was behind me on william floyd parkway and was honking their horn insistently at me when the light was turning red and i could go no where, then was merging quickly and unsafely through traffic. if their service is anything like their drivers i wouldnt recommend

J&A is by far the most reliable linen service on the island. John Faracco and his son Jonathan pride themselves and the name of the business on customer service. These guys will do anything on the drop of a dime to help your business run flawlessly. Not only are they reliable and loyal to their customers their products are top of the line in quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
