Helga chemically burned my scalp, to the point there was open wounds and I’ve been scabbing and oozing for over 5 days now since my service. I’ve been doing the same thing to my hair since November and have continued to get my hair done every 6-8 weeks after with my usual salon and she had the audacity to tell me that it’s because I had some regrowth meanwhile I watched her apply black dye over the area she was supposed to be bleaching. I have a single streak in my hair, it should have been a very simple job, even when I had bleached my hair myself I have never done the damage that this “professional” had done. I will never be returning to this place, you’re better off going to a lemon tree or super cuts.

Got an AMAZING deal on Black Friday deals. A 1 ct. diamond wedding band for under $300, a beautiful winter hat $8 & two colorblock scarves $7 each. The wedding band is so beautiful and I couldn't find any deals like it in other stores. I loved it so much that we bought another band at home from JCPenney.com right before the Black Friday deals ended. It was fast and easy checking out.

I used to take my kids for photographs in JCPenny in a different location and never had any issues. Since moving and using the location inside of the JCPenny's in Bayshore, I haven't had a good experience. There is always a long wait, the photographers are impatient, and the manager is never helpful. I booked a 12:45 appointment, only to be told that there were 9 people ahead of me. Then why bother with appointments? When I questioned why they were so backed up, the managers response was well, it's this time of year. When I had a previous issue regarding booking an appointment, the manager was also unhelpful citing that she had no idea how it works. If they were so far behind, why not call the people with appointments and inform them of the delay? Why wouldn't you provide people with the opportunity to decide if they want to take photos with that kind of delay? the customer service there is awful. I made the mistake 3 different times of going there, because the prices are usually pretty good with coupons- but no more! This was the last attempt! This studio is dirty, has poor customer service, and to top it all off, the staff could care less. Not once did they offer an apology, or an alternative. So I'm done.

Always able to find good deals here. I love their clearance section, but also that I can buy higher quality items as well all in one place. The staff on the floor is close to non-existent though. They should employ people other than just cashiers. Thus, you basically have to search out a cashier if you need help, and not all of the register areas are in use. Overall, if you don't need much help before checking out, this store is A-OK.

Makes sense their rating is so low. Their customer service is HORRIBLE... was given incorrect information by an employee that caused me to waste my time, my gas and my money. & I had a manager call me back to essentially say she doesn't know why they told me that but there's nothing she can do to help me.

This place completely ruined my hair to the point I had to chop it all off. I went in for balayage and showed the woman doing my hair a photo, I also asked for long layers and to keep the length. The woman I seen was named Angela and she was the manager so I felt confident. She completely DESTROYED my hair with bleach, it was burnt and fried and not blended AT ALL. it was one straight line of blonde across the back of my head. She chopped one side of my hair off and left the other long. She didn't even blow-dry it for me in the end and didn't show me the back. She told me this was just a "draft" and to come back in the following Tuesday to get it fixed. She charged me $125.00 dollars and the price on the website is $105.00. I gave her the money and went home. When I got home I was finally able to see the back of my head and was distraught. It was ruined. My mother in law called them that night and left a message. She called back the next day and had told my mother in law that she asked me to come back in the following day and that she had another client after me thats why she wasn't able to finish it, which is a complete lie because I was her last client (it was 9:30pm at night and she had told me she was going straight home, she also told me she was going away for the weekend and wouldn't be able to fix it until Tuesday). I went back in the following night to get my money back, she was not there, one of her employees gave me the money back and she was also rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Below you can find the photos of what my hair looked like and what I had asked for. Now I know its never going to look exactly the photos but this is on a whole other level. I normally don't leave reviews anywhere but I want to prevent this from happening to anybody else. If you find someone that works for you there then cool, but I would not go see Angela.
