The staff was quick to diagnose and repair and also fairly priced. The people working there were very nice and even offered me a ride. This is now my go to mechanic in the bay shore area. Highly recommend.

Fair, honest, and skilled family-owned local mechanic! Sandy, Ricky, and their staff are warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they deeply care about their customers. Stop going to the dealership and getting ripped off stop going to the bs machine shop that whenever you go there it always something else wrong supposedly just to squeeze some extra money out of you bring your car here there HONEST FRIENDLY my experience here today they will always get my business and anyone that I know that need there car fixed

Have gone to this shop a couple of times for oil changes and some mechanical work. Everyone is friendly and pricing is reasonable; very honest people when diagnosing my vehicle and have given me recommendations on whether or not a fix is needed sooner rather than later or if it’s something I may have to fix down the line. I have had the same mechanic work on my vehicle for years, when he retired, I was worried I would be able to find an honest shop; l’m lucky enough to have found this place after a recommendation from family.

Such a great family owned shop. Prices are very fair. Turn around time is great. They always help out their customers. On at least one occasion they didn't even charge me. They even aren't afraid to work on our Tesla. I can't say enough great things about Ricky & his family.

FANTASTIC!!! Excellent customer service, from the front desk to the shop. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road at record speed. A true feeling of confidence from beginning to end. Searched for best price on a new alternator. Came to where I lived to jump my car. Who does that?? No one!! Wonderful people. Trustworthy, professional, but also very caring and kind. I would never go anywhere else for my auto needs. Try them out. You will be pleasantly surprised. Would refer anyone I know to them. Without hesitation. Just terrific people and service.

If you are looking for an honest, helpful, hardworking, friendly, local mechanic then this is the place for you. When my car wouldn’t start, I called to see if they could fit me in because I really needed my car over the next few days. Ricky not only offered to get me back on the road right away, he grabbed his trusty battery tester/pack and came to my location in minutes. He tested my battery and got my car to start even though I had tried to jump it a few times prior. He then gave me advice about the battery and refused any money. I took my car to his shop half an hour later and he put in a new battery right away. He also found me the best deal on the battery. He and his wife are friendly and helpful and I appreciate everything he did to help me. I will go to his shop every time my car needs anything. Thank you!
