Needed paint for Tesla wheels. Called 3 other Kemperle locations... they didn't want to bother chasing a non standard paint code. Called this Bayshore location and spoke w Scott who was patient and helped me buy the right stuff, mixed it up, and
was great. Definitely recommend this location. Other guys in the store were all nice too.

Went in a few weeks ago and was greeted so rudely like I was in the wrong place. Talked to someone named Hector who left me waiting so long only to give me a website to go on. My son is a mechanic and he sent me to establish an ongoing business relationship in regards to purchasing paint on a regular basis but any questions I asked, I was referred to a website. I mean what kind of customer service training did he receive!? If I wanted the website I would have stayed home. I went in purposefully to ask questions. I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told my son to never ever do business with this location due to me being treated like a was just a woman who knew nothing!! In 2023 this shouldn’t be allowed!!!

The color matching here is great! they have quality products and always give quality paint. deer park kemperle is closer to me most of the time but i prefer to make the extra drive to buy from here. I dont even remember a time when they have messed up my orders!! Great Staff!

Never left a review before but i felt the need to after my experience. I am a beginner and was alittle nervous walking into a professional auto body supply shop. Hector took the time to answer all of my beginner questions and pointed me in the right direction. He even explained the steps in priming/painting. Will def return

Great body and paint Supply house they have it all and do color match with a probe they have which duplicate s your paint color.they also stock everything needed to complete your painting project, been around a while the location I use is off newhighway in copiague, place is a sure bet you can't go wrong.
