We had the most pleasant experience dealing with John and Nathalie. Also, there is another young lady who we dealth with who was amazing. The staff in this place is great. They are helpful, kind and patient. Our orders were ready on time, and we saved a lot of money. Would not go anywhere else.

If you’re looking to get trex decking, I’d recommend either Home Depot or another hardware store instead. We purchased a 56 pack of trex and had 21 leftover pieces perfectly in tact, rented a U-Haul to return those 21 pieces since we were never told we couldn’t, and were denied. So we wasted our time and money renting a U-Haul and had to load it in and out of it 3 times. The items have a different SKU number even though they’re the same exact item.
We spent almost 10k in decking material at Lowe’s and the manager at this store couldn’t be bothered trying to work anything out. We asked if she could at least try to call the location we got it from and she couldn’t be bothered. We also offered to get refunded the 56 pack and then repurchase the remaining 35 boards but they weren’t willing to take in the inventory. After spending so much money here that could’ve been spent elsewhere, this is a slap in the face.
After talking to a couple of people who did Trex through Home Depot, they had a similar experience and were able to return the boards separately. Think we’ll take the extra 5 minute drive to go to Home Depot from now on after this horrible experience.

We purchased a dish washer,stove,and micro wave.
Was promised that it would be delivered on the day that we selected which was 3 days after purchase, plumber called us on day of insulation no dishwasher.
Lowes they have no idea where any of our appliances are..
Never again with lowes

Awful customer service. Either unstaffed or untrained to even be able to answer the phone. The epitome of what is the corporate box store. Try your best to avoid them and go local, or at the least avoid Bay Shore.

After searching for a solution to our new door problem in several different HD and Lowe’s locations, we arrived at the Bay Shore location with some frustration and not much hope. Walking down the door aisle looking both high and low for options I actually heard an employee ask me I needed some help. And not just ask. Pablo from the Door and Window department was a Godsend today. He showed up with a warm smile and actual energy and a genuine willingness to solve my problem. He was great and he not only solved the problem, he got on the phone with contractor and worked the problem through. We are done. Problem solved. All thanks to an amazing Pablo at the Bay Shore Lowes.
