Danielle and Louis helped me. They were both great and very kind. They made finding a dress so easy. Louis has helped me before and he is great. Both of them give great service and are so pleasant to their customers.

Had a great experience here, practically bought over 10 colognes and started an entire collection and that’s all thanks to Aysegul from the fragrance department. She was a great help in helping find every cologne I could ever need. Fantastic crew they have here and highly recommend coming here. My go to place for cologne. A++

Customer service. Is really bad.
A I'm a customer for about 20 years.
And this lady today Saturday 07-2024 7:15pm insult me at the checkout. For have a t-shirt with no tag on it. I didn't know that because I almost never see price if something like me. That's her job. Very disappointed. I'll never go back to that store....?

Macy's is nicer again, the store and staff have really put in the effort, and there seems to be more merchandise in stock again so its worth going in person. Its too warm, always, both in summer and in winter, so i never stay long. Don't care for the 2nd chance part of the store, doesn't fit with the environment and you can't return those items, should be a separate store. It cheapens the Macy's experience.

Macy's should strongly need to close. The store is pretty but they only catered to size 0-10... maybe misses size nothing for plus size... And the prices are utterly ridiculous... Go ahead and close already ?

I would like to give a big shout out to Cassandra. She helped me with sending address to my daughter in Florida. She was called because one of the sales rep was telling me that I couldn’t send the address because I had to look it up online when I have shopped many times in the store and they have sent to Clothing of my choice.. Cassandra went out of her way to accommodate me. I just want to give a big shout out to her not only if she professional she’s polite and she was just very sweet and accommodating to my needs. Thank you so much Macy’s for having someone like Cassandra on your team.
