Being in retail & customer service most of my professional life, I had to compliment a young man who works at the BayShore store. I believe his name is Tyler & if I’m wrong I apologize because he deserves a sincere compliment. I’ve been in the store twice recently and will make it my go to store due to him! He is so helpful and goes beyond necessary with a very professional approach. He has a warm smile so If you go in you will know who I’m talking about!!! When sales people do their job and then extend themselves they deserve to be complimented!! Thank you !!!

Products easy to find ... BUT ... not everyone wants to do self checkout ... pls .. enhance your cashier staff ... there was just 1 cashier when I was there yesterday .. its not fair to her ... she needed help ..

Only 1 human behind the cash register the rest is self-checkout. No more bags. I bought glass and they handed it to me to walk out the door not wrapped or protected.

They really don’t carry all that you need. Lines are always too slow, flow of the store doesn’t make sense.

Staff is always helpful and creative. Store could use some updating and maybe more classes offered but all in all good store for crafting supplies.

The young girl on the floor had extremely poor customer service skills. I needed help and she paid no attention walked away from me like I didn’t exist. I’m sorry you shouldn’t hire people like that. I left. Her attitude sucked.
