Waited over an hour for a blood sample to be taken. No orginazation, took everyone out of order, complain and they give you an attitude. Think I'll be switching to Stony Brook.

I came in for my 3 hour glucose testThere was black lady with a big behindShe called me into the room to draw my blood. She put the alcohol pad on top of the gauze when she was cleaning the area where she was going to draw my blood she just dabbed on it twiceShe didn’t rub the alcohol pad in a circle like she’s supposed toShe was also rough on taking off the rubber tourniquet they usually put onWhen she was done drawing blood she put the gauze on my arm and the alcohol pad where she cleaned the site was under the gauze. So basically she never threw out the alcohol she just taped onto my arm with along with the gauze.That is highly unsanitary.Hopefully she doesn’t do that on my next 3 blood draws

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Took walk ins before appointments and when asked why she said because I did paper work before yours. Shouldn’t be that way. Extremely disappointed

They are quick to serve you, but your blood work will never make it to the doctor if they are not in the Northwell net work. I don’t know how that is legal! You are withholding my medical records from my doctor! I went because I’m having medical issues. Two weeks after I had my blood work drawn my doctors office still doesn’t have it. I hope I don’t have any critical values that should be addressed immediately!

No appointment i was in and out ! Such a friendly staff. Miss Alisha was my phlebotomist ?She was an angel humming and singing smile on her face and i didn’t feel a thing. !! fantastic job!!

My family did Covid Testing at Inwood Facility and results were posted within the first 24 hours. The individual working at the Covid tent was fluent in Spanish and English. I highly recommend to those looking to travel and in need of Covid results: ASAP. If you provide in your email on the form you’ll get the results. Certificate for the rapid test.
