Old Navy offers nice clothes with a variety of selections. The store is impeccably clean and well maintained. Many sales people are very understanding, helpful, and provide service with a smile. Staff members have been noted to go above and beyond, helping customers shop for a long time and assisting with website orders. This creates a good impression and makes customers feel they would definitely return. However, the store can have issues with checkout lines and stock. During peaks, especially on weekends, the checkout representative is often left alone with a long line while other associates or managers on the floor do not step in to relieve them. For clothing, customers have to get to the store on the right delivery day for Large and Extra Large sizes, as these can be out of stock. There is a request for the store to order more of these sizes.
Denise, Ariel and the cashier on duty. OMG! I forget her name and SHE was the star of the show. They were very welcoming. Ariel didn't hesitate to direct me to the active wear section and the cashier was superb.

My wife loves this Old Navy because of the comfortable baby onesies and assorted colors she's found.
