Great experience and staff. After horrible service at another location I decided to try bay shore. They help me resolve all my concerns. they didn’t have an item and when I told them I didn’t want to go to another store they said no problem we can order it here for you and let you know when it’s in. They did say it could take a bit if the item was sold out, but I’d rather wait than return to smith haven. I’ll gladly wait a few weeks. I left feeling great as they were so kind. They even offered and cleaned my jewelry for free without me asking! I will be back!

went to this location yesterday (sunday) and waited in the store for a woman to ask me if i needed help and then tell a girl that looked bothered by her to help me. the girl was rude and asked what i wanted and as i was telling her she walked away and came back with “what else?” so i said that was it after trying to have her show me a bracelet charm that was right in front of us. she rudely told me that is was from the little mermaid collection and not the disney story i thought it was. today i tried to place my order online to pick up here and the items said they were in stock and then cancelled. and i was told they were in when i called the store. i’ve brought a ring in once because on of the beads snapped on it and then the ring broke in half in the associates hand and she tried to tell me it was my fault. smith haven is my go to store for this reason because i always have a problem when i come here unfortunately. don’t waste your time here.update: i went in because i was trying to place the rest of my order online. i ended up having to have the order shipped because bayshore pandora kept cancelling my order within minutes. there were a few girls standing around and i asked if i could get some charm boxes because i paid for them to be shipped and i wasn’t getting any luck with online customer service. the first girl was willing to get it for me no problem until some woman in the back rudely started asking to see my receipt for the charm boxes while another girl was trying to tell me that online doesn’t always reflect in store which i understand when you have 1 or 2 left, not 10, 11 or 12.. i was just confused because i don’t pay for a charm box in store but then online i have to pay extra, the least they could have done was given me the boxes ($4 worth) after i told them what had happened prior. i wish i got the one girls name because she was lovely but i would take your business elsewhere and not to this pandora as its usually not a pleasant experience.

After spending 760$ less than a week ago on four bracelets and charms I came in to have the clasp replaced on one of the bracelets that was loose causing the charms to fall off Upon arrival a rude pimple faced girl told me I couldn't have the 2$ clasp replaced and would have to buy a new bracelet. I should preface this with stating I came in to specifically buy more charms and spend more money and I then asked about the bracelet clasp. After getting zero assistance I refused to spend any more money here because I was taken back that her response was that I had to buy a new bracelet again as opposed to getting just the clasp replaced Management please retrain your associates for better customer service maybe it will save more customers from walking out empty handed.

i will never buy another thing from this store my boyfriend bought me a ring and the ring is starting to turn and i went to the store and the lady told me it was completely normal i literally just got this ring not even a month ago i know for a fact that this is not suppose to happen never again will i go here

came here for a birthday gift and automatically regret my decision of stepping foot in this store. Walked in the door, no line or anyone at the door to greet us. Ok fine. In the store for 3 minutes and get approached by the “door police” who asked us how long we have been in there and how did we enter the store. He than proceeded to tell us we needed to get out of the store to now wait on a line that was not there prior to us walking in. I will not spend another dime at Pandora. I left and did not wait on line to go back in a store I walked around 3 times already. If you don’t want people walking in, maybe have your employees sitting at the door at all times.

Will never purchase from here. Previously called to see if they had an item in stock after getting an attitude from the lady on the phone she was extremely rude. 15 minutes after ordering online I got an email saying my order was canceled because the item wasn’t in stock even though I was just told they had it. I tried to call multiple times and they picked it up and just hung up. Took my money somewhere else and will never even think of purchasing from this location again. Go to smith haven or Walt Whitman.

The service in this store is incredible. I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend and Carolina S made my experience quick, painless and easy. I had to return a week later to swap out the size and Georgia was so very patient, kind and helpful. The store did not have the size I needed, so she offered me multiple options and then ordered exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much ladies! I will definitely be back.

I went into this store i would be getting Atleast good customer service and then the girl helping me Jacqueline I believe her name is has the worst attitude. She gave me the worst attitude if i can give no stars I will definitely will, I will never come back to this store the staff is super rude.

Just left the store, the WORST experience I've had there. Sale rep Giselle asked me to take all my charms off my braclet as they can't do that.. I told her I've never been told that in this store. I asked for the Manger georgis.. whi when I told her what was said looked at the worker and said :yes we can" where then Giselle states due to covid she doesn't feel comfortable, then the Manger tells me..oh she has health issues. Well I'm on my way back to return the whole bracelet and go to roosevelt field( actual corporate store) and buy something else.
