“I am new to using a pawn broker, and I’d have to say I was very happily surprised at my first visit. I was actually bringing a friend of mine in to try and pawn something and she convinced me to bring my “junk”. I had some really old jewelry from my mother, I figured it wasn’t worth very much, no stones in the jewelry at all. The gentleman came up with a price, ( I was hoping for anything, even $10.00) to my surprise what I agreed to put the decimal point in a completely different place!!! I was quite overwhelmed because I never expected it and needed the money desperately. This guy could have seriously taken advantage of me being a novice at this, instead he was my HERO!”
