“The pharmacy is located inside of a hospital on the main floor, only a few feet from when you walk in. You can't miss it.
Its very tiny when you walk in, which didn't matter when I went because my wait time was all of 2 minutes. I had a couple questions about my medication and they were able to give me a thorough answer.
From my experience, they seem quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
I forgot to add that there is free valet parking but the valet attendant allowed me to just park on the side once I told them I was there for a pharmacy pickup. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.”

“This has been my family's pharmacy for years, and it has always been the best. Today I had my COVID and flu vaccines, as I'm about to see my elders for Thanksgiving and want to keep them safe. Mack is astoundingly expert at giving vaccines. There was no pain at all. This was the easiest of any vaccine, blood drawing, or needle work I've ever done in my entire life. I was both shocked and incredibly appreciative! Thank you so much!!!!”

“Did some online shopping and selected 'pickup.' The order took only an hour to be fulfilled. I told myself I would pick it up the next day but then realized the next day I needed even more stuff. So I placed a second order right before starting my day. As my day finally began, I got the confirmation that the second order is ready for pick-up. Great! “I wish I knew about Genoa years ago. My NP referred me to them, and they're simply outstanding. 100% professionalism. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and polite. They have free local delivery (which is HUGE for me), and the prices are excellent when you have to pay out-of-pocket. The most important thing to me is that they can get generic brands that other pharmacies cannot. Not all generics are the same, and most other pharmacies I've called cannot get the brand I want, but Genoa had no problem getting it. I will be using them for all my medication needs going forward.”
