“Long story - I had a difficult situation this past w/e - ran out of gas (there is no gauge for a 100 gallon tank to tell) for my oven with a full house of people in it and another group showing up the following w/e. Thankfully, I had a Weber Grill to pivot. I placed an emergency call on Saturday so that I can get gas before this w/e. Due to some miscommunication, StarLite and I did not connect until Wednesday. Apparently, there were a few issues with my account including the fact that landlord and I had not filled out the paperwork correctly for me to okay a swap (first problem), I hadn't needed a refill of propane in over 500 days (which requires a safety check), my tank just hit 11 years old (the third problem), and I missed our area's delivery day which was on Tuesday (the fourth problem). Heather at StarLite worked some magic to get the account sorted, rearrange their booked out schedule, and get Mike to come swap out my tank and fill it. Thanks so much Heather and Mike! My guests and I greatly appreciate you!”
