This place has the sweetest staff ever!!! ❤️ I was having a horrible day and i ran into sally's to purchase falsecara lashes and I was immediately greeted with smiles and very welcoming personalities, which completely brightened my day. They told me how falscara was new and how amazing it is. I wish i could have gotten their names but this really shows how easily someone can brightened the rest of your day with just being kind. Thank you sooo much !

Came today to make 2 simple returns. One of returns was made online last week and the other purchase was made at the store 2 days ago. I received cash back on one of my orders and they were trying to give me store merchandise on my second order. I asked why and they said “because it doesn’t match your order”What? I gave my phone number, my receipts. It was also done with my Sally’s credit card. Anyway, they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I was advised to come tomorrow.

Bought 100$+ electric shaver and went home to use it, turns out it was broken right out of the box and the adjustable clipper was broken and wouldnt raise/lower via twisting knob. Brought it back the same day a couple hours later and they would not exchange it for a new one. I recommend never shopping here. The risk is too high for a company that doesnt care about selling you broken products

This review coming from some one who has 9 years of experience in retail. Sales associates are there to help out the guest the best possible way you can! I had to do a returns where yes it was final sale but there was an exemption which happened to me my situation. She straight up told me no without trying to help me. I had to call customer service to get it approved and after that the sales associates was just being rude and threatening me to kick me out of the store ?!? Of course no one is going to like someone being rude to you and did exchange some words but then chose to Stop engaging with her and she still kept going at it ? Honestly this could’ve been an easy fix but she chose to be unprofessional. I didn’t get her name, but she could’ve been nicer.

Completely toxic work environment was even threatened by a co workers mother for the color of my skin! The store manager took her side and wouldn't even take measures to protect me! Another employee took my employee number and did cash returns both of these girls were the managers pets!!!HORRIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a beauty supply store and should be for all skin tones I went there for a concealer could not find one for black women. With three associates in the store no one even came over to ask if I needed help I was there for 10 mins trying to find a concealer. Very bad customer service. I will never go there again.

I went there this morning and was in a super rush. I have a three week old and a two-year-old so going places especially during these hard times is very very hard. I called ahead I explained what I needed I walked into the store and was out within five minutes. The sales associate Megan was beyond helpful and super nice. Thank you so much!!!

I went in the other day with my girlfriend and there was an employee with short hair, she was just standing in the middle of the aisle staring at the same box of hair dye for a good 10 minutes.The blonde girl asked for her for help with the line and she responded with I’m busy. While I we were waiting in line people were getting frustrated with the girl at the register but it wasn’t her fault. It’s a shame when one employee doesn’t want to help her coworkers to make sure customers have a good experience. I’ve been in her a couple times and it’s been great. The girl with short hair doesn’t seem to know how to work and I heard two girls behind me laughing at her because she stunk. She doesn’t know how to have personal hygiene. I said something to the girls but they are right she smelled really bad and she just doesn’t care about herself or her customers I’m sorry for saying this but it is true.

Sales associate Megan and Katie have disgusting attitudes. Sales associates looks as if they work at a Halloween store and not a beauty store. Non-knowledgeable on helping customers, do not represent good makeup, good hair, very un-put together and not professional or even casual looking. Extremely unhygienic looking, Very bummy. Bad attitudes, not very helpful, they act annoyed like they hate their job. Not good professional/welcoming customer service and not an environment I would like to shop in after coming here for years.

I wanted to share my experience at Sally today, went to buy hair color tint for my mother who is 72, I was very happy with costumer service and the lady in there explain to me the process and recommends what was best for my mother’s hair, she was patient and knowledgable .
