Great store. There is a girl that works there, Hailey, she was very helpful finding the correct color of Armani foundation & concealer. She really took her time, very patient & POLITE. And yes, foundation & concealer is perfect!

I wrote a review yesterday for another store here by accident. Let me talk about how the experience here. Yesterday was amazing, my friend and I got superb customer service and was taken care of by Ben, he was so nice and knew what to recommend to my friend and we both got items from NARS was the best service I had all day

a lot of products were out of stock and they had a blonde white male working there that was watching us closely like we were stealing i spend over $200 even though he made me so uncomfortable that whole time i was shopping. i felt like leaving my purse with him so he would leave me the hell alone and let me shop in peace. this location sucks i wont be returning

The ladies were so sweet and helpful. I scheduled a last minute full face makeup service in a panic after my original makeup artist ghosted me. Thank God she did because ZORRIA did my makeup so beautiful. Thank you so much Zorria for making me look beautiful for my engagement photos. Ladies if you’re looking for a makeup artist I highly reccomend Zorria at the Bayshore Mall location in Long Island, NY.

Absolutely terrible service. Manager, Chanel, would not leave the front podium to help the me, a supposed valued customer. Chanel said it would be easier for her for me to just order it online after I went out of my way to drive to the store. When asked her name, she refused to tell me saying “I do not have to tell you my name” then walked away. Her employees say how she treated me and told me her name. Someone should not work in customer service if they are unwilling to help the customer, and as a manger that is the example you are emulating to your employees. It was disgraceful. Moreover, employees should be wearing name tags.It’s a shame to see so many similar bad experiences at this location for a long time and it seems no changes have been made.

Many products but couldn't find what I was looking for. Store clerks not very helpful unless you looked like you had money. Shame I was willing to spend needed all me❣ makeup. Oh well.

Zorria is amazing! I have vitiligo and I have a difficult time finding my right color match but she was very patient and made me feel very comfortable! She is amazing 10/10

I am attending a wedding today so I made an appointment a week before for a full face makeup service for 2:45pm. Michael from Sephora at Bayshore calls me today, at 1:25pm, the same day of the appointment, almost an hour before the appointment to tell me that the makeup artist that’s suppose to do my makeup had an emergency and he has no one to do my makeup. He did ask if I could do it at a later time. Unfortunately, the wedding is at 5pm and I wouldn’t have time to do my makeup at a later time at Sephora, drive back home, get ready and then drive to wedding at time.This is why I made the appointment for 2:45pm so I wouldn’t have to be stressed about time and getting ready!!! I am very disappointed with this Sephora!! They should have a back up makeup artist or even offer me another solution! I wouldn’t recommend this Sephora for makeup service if you have to attend an event that same day! They are not reliable!

Been to several Sephora’s and this one is legit the worst. I came here to buy shampoo and also get color matched for a foundation and concealer (for the SECOND time in a week, because the first time the girl just watched me struggle to try and color match myself in the mirror without offering her expertise). The girl at the door was staring at her phone and not acknowledging anyone. Nobody was acknowledging me at all. I’ve tried the virtual color matching before and it’s always been wrong so I decided to try and color match myself AGAIN by comparing the foundation I currently use with different concealer colors on my hand, and when I went to ask for a wipe for my hand there was a beauty advisor doing someone’s makeup who gave me the rudest stare and said nothing to me. She just handed the wipe and rolled her eyes. I left the store afterwards and went straight to Ulta to buy the shampoo because they sell the same brand and decided I’m ordering the foundation and concealer straight from the company Ilia and pray the color is a good fit. What happened to the days when beauty advisors used to ACTUALLY be hands on and give beauty advice and expertise or even basic color matching ?! If you want to be ignored and given dirty looks and to potentially purchase the wrong color foundation/concealer, then this is the perfect place for you.
