Roslyn was absolutely wonderful! We went in today to make a switch from AT&T- Roslyn took her time, explained all the offers, and wound up saving us money while getting us brand new equipment. We were very happy with her customer support and service!

When’t their for two Samsung s 23ultra that I called over the phone the employee said he will hold it For me once I get their he tells me he sold it and also said we don’t hold them I drove over 30 minutes for him to lie to my face

Had a horrible experience here. I had an upgrade, went down there, and then they started feeding me a bunch of B.S and said i needed to pay $300 to get the new phone. So they ended up leaving me empty handed with a not working phone, and they didnt help what so ever, went to the next tmobile and walked out with a new phone.

The upper management (Serap) and her staff Mathew and Harlyson were amazing I’ve been a sprint customer for a very long time and was planning to switch due to the transition to T mobile but I’m not switching anymore the customer service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful I drive from an hour away and it’s always well worth it !!! A+++++

By far the best experience I had at any mobile store. The associates Noah and Steve here are absolute God sends. They actually cared about my issues and gave me more than enough info about my problems. A+ service !

TERRIBLE!!!!They are NOT for the T-Mobile customers. Their only interest is making sales for their own commissions.The tech support there is so terrible and unknowledgable that they sent me to another T-Mobile store to look into my mobilephone problems of which I spent over $1,400.oo on the phone at their store on Commack Road DeerPark NY

I love it here. This is my go to store whenever I have a problem with my phone. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I always have my issues resolved in store due to this location having service techs ready and available. I no longer have to make appointments or wait days for a new phone. Thank you Tmobile of Bayshore. The world needs more employees like this place.

I thought I had buyers remorse because my speaker was super low and my intention was to return the phone. The tech guys were very helpful and it turned out that I had wifi-calling on??. They also check for any updates my phone had. I left loving my new phone!??

We found that the Bayshore T-Mobile store is the goto place for whatever situation comes up with our phones. We had a problem with our phone bill,so we came here.We were taken quickly and the whole problem was rectified quickly.
