Bad day Lisa ? Smh I shop there every day , and I always get a cashier that’s helpful and nice , I’ve never had a bad experience until today , she was puffing and rude , just because I was purchasing a meat that was on sale and I made her walk to ask her manager about the price. This is my favorite supermarket and is very uncomfortable to deal with someone with an attitude when is not even rush hour .

why the hell yall shows on online close at 10pm and then when peoples comes at 9:40 yall already closed both of the gates? change your time in online if yall close at 9:30pm

I shop at your store in Bay Shore and spend hundreds of dollars every week. I try to buy anything that has go points attached to them. I can't tell you how many times for some reason they do not show up on my receipt and I have to go to customer service to have it corrected. Sometimes I have to go thru my shopping cart to show that I've bought what I've said I did to get my points. It is very aggrevating to say the least.Today was my worst experience ever. I purposely bought the require amount to get the 500 points but it did not show up on my receipt. I then went to customer service & spoke to the women there who was very rude and wanted to talk over me when I tried explaining. She called over someone else and was telling her that all my extra points added to 500 and when I tried to tell her that this was an extra 500 points and she told me she wasn't talking to me. I told her that is not the way to speak to a customer. The person she was speaking to (a manager?) explained to her what I was trying to say that the points are listed separately. This woman did give me the points.Obviously there is something wrong that the register does not recognize when you purchase the dollar amount called for but it is different items. Also the customer service in Bay Shore at least they do not seem to know how the go points work and the customer has to be diligent about checking their receipt.This happens often but what really got me today was the customer service person's rudeness for no reason, just because I was questioning something your store promotes. As I said I shop there weekly especially for the points. I could shop in another store that has better prices and more variety.

Large selection of foods. A lot more than some other stores. A little more pricey, but has what you want. Hoping with the better fuel prices, item prices will come down.

It was good,I guess, ?I had 3 big bags, $179.00 shopping on Wednesday is better?, it’s not crowded and parking was great! I even got to go to Dunkin Donuts?

Stop n Shop your time has come, GO!!! Please go away, this store is ridiculous. Your prices are very high, that’s bad enough, but no , insult to injury, they have 10 check out lines and only open one??? 4:30pm ok I’ll have to go do self checkout because the one line is way to long. Oh look at this only 3 of the 6 are open so there’s a huge line to self Checkout, hey we are paying hefty prices for your groceries at least give us a Little bit of customer service, I don’t want to feel like I’m on line in the DMV!!!! Rant over, time to shop somewhere else, bye bye Stupid Shop…….. ✌?

This supermarket is always in pristine condition. I can always find what I am looking for. Just make sure you have the card and download the coupons to get your discounts.

Strawberry produce in this store is molded and spoiled the peppers are all old has big inside it seems to be a common thing in this store . I highly recommended going to another stop and shop and don’t then god forbid you open them all you see if it’s mold and sale associates at nasty oils who doesn’t wash there fruit that is nasty sir come up with a better excuse because wasting money on strawberries that go bad in a day isn’t worth it . Didn’t realize opening the package of strawberries to check for molded strawberries was a crime. Fruits and vegetables shop else were trying to sell people old molded fruits so horrible.

Terrible service. 5pm rush hour and only 2 lines out of 8 are open. The “cashiers” move like pond water. The self checkout line is a mile long with people with 20 or more items and 50 coupons. There should be a limit at the self checkout and those people should have to go to a cashier. Then the cashier Maureen I believe gives me an attitude when I mention it and she goes “you’ll come back anyway”. Very rude and a terrible system

I had to grab 2 quarters from my car which was right outside. The self checkout lady legit told me to “hurry up”. Very rude and uncalled for; I’m a young woman, it’s not like I walk or move slowly. I asked very politely if it was okay for me to go, she could’ve cancelled the transaction and had me go to the back of the line if that was what she was concerned about.
