If I can give these people zero stars I will do not come here their customer service is terrible they do not help you what so ever to find a resolution to your problem the manager there Enyill n. Is absolutely HORRIBLE RUN DONT WALK away from this location she won’t help you at all she just gives you nasty looks like she hates working for T-Mobile she will just send you away to call customer service with a nasty attitude save yourself the trouble and do not visit this place.

Walked in recently as i’ve been wanting to check out new phones( it isn’t my first visit at all) but the employees immediately gave me a judgey look and didn’t even ask to help. It was no problem though as i just assumed they were probably in a bad mood but as i was walking around, I immediately got talked to by a Women and got told that If i wasn’t going to buy anything to leave. As i was leaving i saw another dude with glasses just smiling at me and holding in a laugh. Did not feel welcomed the multiple times i’ve been there except for this one dude who has black hair and is very polite. other than that, the women had no right to be disrespectful and act that way. i am still ver much surprised and infuriated.

this is possibly the worst t-mobile you could go to I don't recommend anyone to go there. This place will scam you and add things to your accounts without you knowing a thing. And the new manger they have is possibly the worst out of all of them. I've seen her disrespecting employees in front of customers if they don't do something that she wants. which is adding more things to your account. If anyone sees this I recommend the T-Mobile across the Highway which is a corporate store and has better customer service.

Went there for a new phone... Never again. I will forever buy phones online where you can read ALL terms and conditions and say no to what you want. The manager sold the phone and we were given a "promotion" that includes a case and screen protector free. After several reassurances we were told no strings attached and no price added 100% FREE. The bill came and it's about $80 for the screen protector and case. The bill added $3.30 X's two for two "unknown" devices. The money isn't even the issue it's the fact that they straight up lie and then add to your bill small charges an average person would miss. Buy online, no hassle and no lying.

Thanks to the night crew that worked with Nick(Nicolas) . Nick was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help me out. Mind you I arrived to the store at 7:48pm and the mall was closing at 8pm that night. The whole process took longer he and the crew stayed until 8:50pm. Am so glad I stopped by. I highly recommend them. Gracias a Nicolas por su paciencia y por su gran sentido de humor. Y a los muchos por esperar hasta que mi transacción se terminó.

Just wanted to go in and out to replace a phone for our business. 3 employees were there and all 3 were on their phone and looked at me like a deer in headlights. Not welcoming at all. There was no Hi, How are you, how can I help you? They just looked at one another like whose going to take this one? ( in an empty store) I had to repeat myself 3 times the account number and it wasnt that he couldn't hear me, it was that he wasnt paying attention to me. Then he proceeded to try and sell me another line saying that it would save me money on the phone I needed but I told him 3 times that I was only there to replace a broken phone , why would I add another line? I will never come back to this store.

Went in to get my fiancé a new phone for an upgrade and it was the most easiest process and the employees were so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend coming to this location for how caring they were and just so easy to deal with. Valeria was very helpful on helping us choose a good phone as well.

Amazing experience after finding out it was under new management. You see a difference in the store and how attentive all the other employees are. Jason and Oscar helped me out and they were outstanding. Everything I needed was done and even in a timely matter ? you guys are awesome !!

( in an empty store) I had to repeat myself 3 times the account number and it wasnt that he couldn't hear me, it was that he wasnt paying attention to me. Then he proceeded to try and sell me another line saying that it would save me money on the phone I needed but I told him 3 times that I was only there to replace a broken phone , why would I add another line? I will never come back to this store.

The store manager is great! The workers are friendly as well. This is definitely my permanent T-Mobile store.
