The CVS department IS ABSOLUTELY unqualified and unprofessional. This department must be evaluated and changes must be made for the safety of customers. Very disappointed in the service 100%

I took a ride to Target to purchase Açaí super fruit packs. I bought the last one in the frozen food section. A young man (didn't get his name) was super helpful and looked up Açaí...told me aisle G19. So thank you for the fantastic customer service. As for Danielle, cashier 7. She needs to have training on her customer service skills. Too busy looking at her cell phone. Claims she wasn't opened then opened 1 minute later. Another bouffon who clearly doesn't enjoy her job.

Convenient drive up purchase but will not include half the order almost every time and make you have to rectify it online or go In store soooooo not that convenient. Will repost at Levittown copiague and farmingdale targets as each time I try to use this service for convenience sake I am screwed

My first time at this Target location . And also my last! when I go to pay with my family , we separate to two different lines. We are going to pay seperately . This rude employee, acting like she's a drill Sergeant , asked me what line am I in?. I tell her and she proceeds to tell me with a horrible attitude, to move to one line with my family. I asked why? And she gets even more rude!! . And proceeds to tell me we are taking up two lines. If she would listen, she will be able to understand. I wish I could have seen her name. However she's a very tall , black hair, Spanish girl with glasses. I was there mid-Day! I will never go to this location again. Horrible experience ! Customer service sucks! You're there to assist customers, not to give them attitude!

I had an excellent experience here recently! I was trying to view a registry for my cousins baby shower and I did not know how to work the Ipad at the desk. The employee guided me through how to use it and find their registry. She went above and beyond to help me order and find the items in the store. Her name was Lizzy. Fantastic customer service.

Drive up orders often are incorrect and NO ONE EVER answers the phone in the store, ESPECIALLY at the guest service edema and drive up orderseven when the store is NOT busy.

Can you give a store a 0 review? What a dump this place is. The managers are always moody and angry. They have nothing better to do at work than to cause problems with customers in the store. And let's not forget about the most aggressive security guard Jose, He gets in your face and yells at you just for being in "his store" I wish corporate would switch something up here Bc management is lacking customer service skills.

I miss my Commack Target . I cannot imagine why it was closed as it is in the middle of a busy shopping center in a nice area. I don't like the way this Target is set up and they are always out of everything .

The new layout, although pretty is so I inviting & actually more aggravating than anything else. The whole experience is unsettling from the moment you walk in the door it's impossible to find anything @ the flow is terrible so I spent over 30 minutes trying to find items I normally purchase here, the prices have gone up since the remodel & service is terrible & if you make it to the check out ( which I didn't because I got so annoyed about my wasted time & only found 1/2 the things I came for) the lines are ridiculous. There were only 2 people on checkouts, yet they had 2 other people directing the tremendously long line for the self checkout. Absolutely no social distancing marks etc for the lines, other than a sign on the door about masks being mandatory there are no rules in place regarding anything else. I'm sorry I wasted my time in this store!

Not a fan of Target to begin with but go once in a while just to get out I find the employees and customers are rude leave their carts in the way

I usually go to this Target because it is closest to me. I have a small baby with so I always have a stroller and it seems every time I go to self check out im always being watched. Which I take extreme offense to seeing as this is a place where I spend so much money on food, everyday things, clothing for myself and my baby. Today was my last straw where it seems that someone else had left a show box empty on top of the the counter (where if the guy had really been watching he would've noticed the shoe box was there) as I was getting ready to walk away the guy came over and looked into my stroller to look at my baby I'm assuming to see if I had shoes in the stroller since she had her shoes which were vans not target shoes that she had kicked off in her hands. I just found my shopping experience very unpleasant.

The new layout and update has me still a little confused. I find myself going around multiple times, back and forth from missing things. I like how they have a " home goods" type of section. Food is usually fresh and a lot to choose from that I sometimes do my grocery shopping here. I used to only get my clothes/shoes from target and never walk out empty handed and I rarely buy clothes now. Everything's pretty unorganIzed. Bathing suits I love but they never have many sizes. They do have a great selection of coats, tons of cleaning products , big beauty section. A great place to get multiple things at instead of running around all day.

This is a pretty standard Target. It's generally clean, pretty well-stocked and large. I typically use self checkout, but their other lines here are usually very well staffed, even when going on a longer line, it moves pretty fast. The staff here clearly works hard to make sure things are moving efficiently, especially considering this Target gets a bit more traffic than some of the others I've been to. I find that the clothing department is a little more sparse a unorganized than the other Targets I go to, but I typically stop by this Target when I need something a little more pressing, not to just shop around - there are better Targets to do that at.
