Went to the bank at 4:30 on Monday, I was turned away because there was only one staff member at the desks. There were two people waiting so I was turned away. He stated the Bank closes at 5:00, what happened to your commercials stating you are open and will make your experience pleasant. Far from legendary service.

Don't usually Bank at this location but stopped to make a deposit and it seems they're greatly understaffed with just one teller and the line going to the door. Think twice about coming here unless you have time to kill!

Absolutely horrible experience here at this TD I’ve been a TD customer for years (although usually Shirley and patchogue) I waited around for 40 minutes for the notary and he did not see me I almost missed my next appt it was one stamp a jurat. Could’ve been done in literally 2 minutes I may switch banks after this

Less than a month ago we came to this TD branch to open accounts. We sat down with Katherin and she was extremely helpful and made the entire process stress free. Absolutely atrocious bank! How can you be a bank and have just one atm? Luckily they updated the ATM machine so it's no longer broken every other day as it used to be. Then to put a block on my own debit card twice in a matter of two weeks for suspicious activity for withdrawing money from my account at the branch I opened up the account in!!!!! That's so ridiculous that I have to spend 30 mins pretty frequently speaking to customer service to get the blocks taken off without even a simple text or a call about the block being in place, nothing like having your card declined 3 times in a row at the supermarket while staring at your bank info knowing you have money in the account since you can clearly see it on the banking app! Absolutely worst banking experience I've had with any bank I've ever had an account in!

I arrived at TD Bank drive thru at 4:55PM 7/17. The person in front of me had several transactions causing to go past 5PM. The manager came out to the drive thru to state we are closed. I proceeded to use the ATM and deposit my payroll check. I check my balance the next day, they decided to put 6 day large deposit hold on my money. They have been receiving the same monthly payroll check for the last 18 months. After making several phone calls they stated they were unable to verify the check (total BS). I will be pulling my business from TD Bank. They claim legendary customer service, they cannot provide any customer service. Banks have become bullies, they find anyway possible to hold your money and accrue interest to benefit themselves.The manager and TD Bank should be ashamed of themselves.
