I arrived at TD Bank drive thru at 4:55PM 7/17. The person in front of me had several transactions causing to go past 5PM. The manager came out to the drive thru to state we are closed. I proceeded to use the ATM and deposit my payroll check. I check my balance the next day, they decided to put 6 day large deposit hold on my money. They have been receiving the same monthly payroll check for the last 18 months. After making several phone calls they stated they were unable to verify the check (total BS). I will be pulling my business from TD Bank. They claim legendary customer service, they cannot provide any customer service. Banks have become bullies, they find anyway possible to hold your money and accrue interest to benefit themselves.The manager and TD Bank should be ashamed of themselves.

Opened new account in December . Have been back at the branch three x to straighten things out . They ordered me the wrong checks . Then ordered me new checks and I never received them . Going to the branch again . Terrible serviceSorry I opened the account
