2 tellers working and 30 people on line, waiting over an hour to deposit money is a big issue. It's been like this for months at this Branch due to the construction going on at the North Babylon branch. Really thinking about taking my money else where!

Expected wait time is over 30 minutes for a phone call. It’s ridiculous. Offer a call back option because this isn’t practical.

Excellent service, friendly staff always available to help, clean place.I have only had problems with the ATM but last I checked yesterday, they changed it and is now working.

If you feel like waiting forever to get your money?having problems every single time you go to that bank. This is the place for you. Horrible outright horrible. Try to get some help at your location. It would probably help your reviews and your service to your customers.

Every Friday there are barely any tellers and long lines. Crazy that on pay day they don’t have enough tellers working.

THERE IS A REASON THEY ONLY HAVE 2.7 STARS...They had a great manager when I opened account 3 months ago. She is gone. Now they have WORST 'manager' you will ever encounter.MostafaIt seems they did not give him any customer service training.I went in this morning. Needed a document scanned into my account. I did not know that I needed an appointment to do banking. It's not a doctors office.He said not today!So I had to leave without getting my banking done.I've never experienced that at any bank in all my years!

I went to deposit cash through the atm in bay shore. The machine accepted my cash, then said “an error has occurred please take cash” but the cash slot never opened up to receive my deposit back! I had to literally run inside and explain what happened before someone else used the ATM . The branch manager dismissed me and told there was a 30 min wait to get help! I was on my lunch break so I did not have time to wait, nor should I even have to wait that long for an error on the banks end. The young lady with glasses who did help me was very nice and courteous and that is THE only reason I am giving the bay shore branch 2 stars instead of 1. I was also told that the outside ATM is old and this is not the first time that’s happened to someone! A bank should have a working ATM !!

If they ever had a properly functioning ATM, that would be helpful. You know, since they are a bank and we should have access to our money and all.
