What an amazing company I didn’t even choose quick shipping and one time it came next day the other order took only 2 days if that, I also didn’t read a description correctly and when I called I actually spoke to a real person and Corey couldn’t be nicer and sent me free goodies and a coupon for my mistake. Great products, service and prices!

Wonderful customer service. Beyond what we needed or asked for.Short version is we purchased a squeeze animal (the narwhal) from a local shop and it got a hole in it almost immediately (probably roughly played with in store for however long it was out) so I reached out to Top Trenz to tell them about it. Within minutes someone had responded and started working on a solution.I'm so impressed. Next time we will be ordering direct and I'm sure it will be soon.Thanks again. You all are awesome.

Worst and most poor customer service EVER!! I ordered a few items from Top Trenz and when received I did not receive all the items. I was not notified that 2 of the items not received were not in stock or were not going to be sent to me. This resulted in me providing customs with an incorrect amount and I had to pay more to clear the items. Today I received in my sky box the same 2 items that I did not receive without notification 2 months after. They also took out the payment from my credit card without notification for these items. I am furious with the service received and I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN!!!

I love the high quality products from Top Trenz, but the best part is the outstanding customer service! They went above and beyond to help me track a package and offer to resend a new package when shipping was delayed. Then I was able to email back and forth with them until the solution was reached. I will definitely order from this company again and again!

I ordered three of the smallest masks for my child to keep her safe at daycare. I received no communication from Top Trenz other than an email with the estimated delivery date. My order arrived and it was missing two of the three masks. I found the packing slip and saw they changed my quantity from 2 to 0 for one mask and highlighted it. This is NOT acceptable! You don’t just not fulfill your orders! If you run out of supply, you communicate to your customer. I need these masks for my child’s safety. I don’t care what print they are; I just need masks. If I had been contacted, I would have said send any print in the smallest size. So now I’m out two masks and lost my discount I had a code for. Fantastic.

These masks are the only ones my children will wear! They are top quality, breathable yet safe and they come in a variety of cool designs that make it more pleasurable to wear. I recently had an issue with one of children removing the size adjuster and they happily sent me a replacement mask and extra masks in addition! What customer service!

We have bought a number of masks from Top Trenz! Both my daughter and myself love them! We love the adjustable ear loops, the patterns and the comfort/ breathability. Their customer service has been so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend them!
