“I’m not sure why there’s a negative review, but I have worked with Joe for three fleet trucks, and my experience has been fantastic. They are very easy to collaborate with, offer great pricing, and maintain good communication. It's a pleasure to work with this team, and I intend to continue our partnership. If you're managing trucks for a company, this is definitely the right choice, and they are incredibly helpful. Even though they are extremely busy and backed up, they always make the effort to assist you.”
“Amazing experience- rented a Uhaul from 5th av Bayshore, the gentleman had impeccable service, the next day my moving got delayed i was afraid of a overcharge but when i called he knew exactly who i was, i didnt have to explain anything and he said NO PROBLEM i will extend it for you. So blessed to have received such a service.”
“Great experience every time I rent a U-Haul trailer here! Paul is amazing—always friendly, professional, and makes the entire rental process quick and easy. Excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend!”
