Two months ago I submitted my trade in device here when I picked up my new phone time pass and they never shipped it to Verizon so now I lost my trade in credit for the device and also I lost my IPhone 13 Pro Max that they were supposed to ship it to Verizon, I tried to contact them but they don’t have answers of where my phone is and they did even gave me a confirmation number so I can’t do anything about it

UPDATE: Ok so I have spoken to some representatives and still nothing has yet to be done. "we are working on it because the activation was not properly done and we do not have a way of fixing it"- in other words, I have to pay for their mistake.I have still yet to receive a call from Steven, the representative that has promised to call us. This is a really ridiculous. I should have stayed with Metro PCS because Verizon has been such a huge disappointment and I really joined thinking I was going to have "great service" and this is really upsetting that no one seems to have any urgency in helping us fix this. All we want is the services we were "invited to sign up for"- whatever is going on internally should not effect us (the customers). If someone could be so kind to actually try and resolve the mess they "helped us signed up for". I brought over 5 lines, not 1, 2, 3, or 4...I BROUGHT OVER 5 LINES !!!!! and signed up for internet. There was urgency to sign my family and I up, but now we are in limbo.

Bryanna helped me today purchase a phone. I have not been in the market to purchase a phone for quite some time but unfortunately my (going senile) tenant put my IPhone 6 in water. I wasn’t sure which one I should get and she explained the differences of the iPhones with patience. She was very polite & friendly. Once she set it up for me she also answered a few questions to help me learn how to navigate with the new device.

I’ve gone several times to this store in the past and this has been the most pleasant and simplified experience ever and it was all because of the rep who helped me named Brenda. The most informative and qualified person fixing and installing my phone / account that did not take hours. Brenda is the best and hope she gets rewarded accordingly both monetarily and higher position levels in the near future. Great job!!
