Totally recommend. One of my two adopted kitties is a little more shy and I was very stressed about their first vet appointment but since minute one with Jackie over the phone I felt this was the right place. Daria and Dr Rob went above and beyond to make my kitties feel safe while examining them. They were invested in making us feel as we matter and our kitties matter. I already set up our next appointment and feel relief to have a full team of professionals to ask for help as needed. Thank you guys! You are doing amazing, keep up the nice work!!

Brought my cat in for a breathing issue they put her on antibiotics and she is doing way better. Called for couple more days of antibiotics she is doing 85% better but ran out of medication so they extended for me. Great care!

IT WAS THE MOST ATROCIOUS SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED FROM THE STORE MANAGER SCOTT AND THE VETCO CLINIC STAFF; ATTENDING DR. JON ROMANO ( LICENSE NO. 01672101), MATHEW O AND RICHARD P ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 29TH AT 11:00 AM. DR. JON ROMANO EVEN SAID “I AM SO SORRY ABOUT THAT. IF YOU WANT ME TO I CAN VACCINATE YOUR DOG.” REFERRING TO HIS TALL WHITE, MALE COLLEAGUE WITH PIERCINGS AND TATTOOS THAT MANHANDLED AND BODY SLAMMED ONE OF MY DOGS AND THEN PUT MY SECOND DOG IN A CHOKE HOLD. THE STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE VETCOs STAFF NAMES TO REPORT THEM. UNTIL I WAS AN AUTOMATED E-MAIL ON 11/03/2023. MANAGER STATED IT WAS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. IVE REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OF PETCO AND VETCO AND IVE YET TO RECEIVE RESPONSE. IT IS HORRIFYING HOW THIS ESTABLISHMENT HANDLES ANIMALS AS A CLOSE FRIENDS DOG ENDED UP IN THE ER AFTER A TERRIFYING GROOMING APPOINTMENT. THE ONE VETCO EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NOT BE BE ALLOWED NEAR ANIMALS AGAIN WITH THOSE KIND OF MOOD SWINGS AND ANGER ISSUES.

Wait, time was, eh... pricing was, eh... I have another vet for my pup, but I tried this place out for our new fur baby. I'm not sold on it. Smell was bad, the guy at the register couldn't figure out what my total bill was and the first interaction I had as a new customer was someone selling me the price of care rather than the care of our new addition. It's not a good start. I'm going back for a second appt, but if it's the same experience, we are switching.

The front dest customer service at the bayshore location is terrible. There is an employee named Alexsis or Alexa there. Not only will she not help you with anything but the attitude you receive just for being a customer is awful. I used to be I that location atleast 2 times a week. I will no longer be a customer there and they lost not only a ton of purchases from me but my loyalty. Pet smart here I come. ALEXSIS YOU PICKED THE WRONG FIELD BIG TIME. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Managers don't even address these issues so this will go un noticed along with other things

These jerks are the worst..WORST!!! They don't even listen to anything...they overcharge for doing absolutely nothing. My dog was "checked" and ms "vet" said he is fine when clearly he is not!!Beware!!!

Absolute joke! Made a appointment to have my puppy seen by Vetco hours prior, I get there and all the 2 woman at the desk seemed to be concerned with are eating candy out of bowl at the register. They go to check me in and ask what's wrong with the dog and I repeat what I entered online when I made the appointment and they tell me it would take 30 mins to check the dog out the appointment I made is for 15 mins, are you guys brain dead. How the hell would you know how much time is needed?? So I waited all day to have my sick puppy seen and now they can seek him because it's going to take 30 mins. Stay away from this place employees all look irritated and only care about eating candy.

Took my dog for a bath at 8 am. Wasn't finished until 10 when it should have taken tops 40 minutes. I asked for his usual aloe bath and no perfume spritz. What did she do- gave him the spritz. Asked why the bill was now $12 higher than last month and what I'd been paying. No one could explain. Guy at register was flirting with co-worker not paying attention at all to what he was doing, messed up check out. Not going here again. if you go, don't have Danielle M. do your dog. She's extremely rude and does not listen.

Waited thirty minutes at curbside pick up. Had to hit the "remind the staff button you're here" twice. To eventually have to come in to find a staff member standing next to my order doing nothing. I gave the staff member our order number and was told "that doesn't help us". Explain why the order number was taped to the outside of the order. Not to mention we were told we just need a picture of the items we bought-- no id or order number necessary?? Meaning anyone can come in to get the items I paid for! I would have left a review on the app but after twelve hours you guys still have not closed out the order. Horrible customer service.

I was faced with a concern for my dog and the staff made it so easy to get an appointment to see my dog asap.The vets are all always so kind and top notch.I felt much better about my dogs health after having her checked out.

Absolutely T E R R I B L E. I had an appointment for a follow up booster. They canceled the clinic. When I rescheduled & arrived on time, the clinic was in chaos: overbooked, accepting late arrivals etc. They shut down the clinic for lunch & told me I could wait 45 minutes when the clinic reopened. Now, the clincher - their cancellation made me miss the window (4 week) for the booster followup. That being so these hysterical in the box thinkers wanted me to redo the shot and then COME BACK FOR THE BOOSTER. Not. Just go to a vet. This isn't worth your time & energy & gas $$$. Awful place. No stars.

Friendly staff. Honest, caring Dr's. Reasonable pricing. Not over eager vets trying to push surgery. They explain options and are available to answer follow up questions you might have.
