They appear to be seriously engaging some prior lapses in customer care and, before I gave a review, they performed admirably. My dad used to say that nobody is perfect but you can tell a lot by how someone addresses mistakes or problems.
When I called about dissatisfaction with a product, they immediately processed a refund and took the time to research with their staff and explain why the color is different than was expected (never heard of German blue chamomile). They also offered a free FedEx return so that they could examine the products and, to me, that is a clear indicator of a company that cares about what they do and their customers' satisfaction.
Further, in response to the low rating I gave to one of their protein powders during an exchange, they responded promptly and professionally to ensure my satisfaction quickly. What more could I ask? I'll certainly do business with them again”
