Fran from White House Cleaners is incredible and unbelievably kind. I was in a pinch a few weeks ago because I had stained a satin dress the night before my friends wedding that I was going to be a bridesmaid in. As we scrambled the morning of the wedding, we found White House Cleaners. Not only did he get my dress back looking perfect, he refused to take any money for it. He truly just wanted to help. Highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs!

Dissatisfied experience, bait and switch, will not be coming to this dry cleaners anymore. Went there to get my pants hemmed, lady states its $13 and gave me a reciept. When i went the next day to pick my pants up she states she will have to charge me $2 more because it took longer than expected to do my pants ! Doesn’t hemming pants take no longer than an hour at most, anyways, gave me reciept for 1 price and charged me more when i went to pick up the pants. Lost a customer.

Called ahead to ask for the tailor. Person on the phone said she would be leaving soon even though it was 1pm. I said I could go somewhere else but they said they could do a quick tuxedo measurement for me. I came in and the tailor said that she didn't know how to measure for a tuxedo, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. She said they she didn't know what types of measurements would be needed for a tux. And then my girlfriend goes in to try and get an alteration for a dress and she was told that they couldn't do that as well. What does this lady even do? Do not come here for measurements or alterations, it's a waste of time. Haven't used their cleaning services to be fair.

I went here because they had convenient hours. They were very nice and polite. I asked for something to be sewn on and pressed and they came back with stains. I asked them to remove the stain because they weren't on there before hand and they said they wouldn't charge me. They then proceed to charge me and wouldn't accommodate me in anyway. I will not be coming back.
