I brought my opal necklace that I purchased from zales so I can have it be repaired. At my time of purchase, I had bought the whole set, the earrings and ring, & purchased the lifetime warranty. The lady who sold me the necklace told me lifetime warranty will always be there and if anything at all is wrong, they will certainly have it fixed, she didn’t tell me the opal wouldn’t be covered or anything like that if it was damaged. The necklace broke, and it became dirty yellow/ orange. When I brought them the item in to repair and clean, the lady looked at me like this is citrine… I’m like no I know what I bought, it’s not like I’d take the necklace and switch out the gemstones, I barely even knew what citrine looked like til I looked it up. Anyways they didn’t wanna send it in for repair and told me they would get a new one but told me now I have to buy a new protection plan or it will never be fixed again. And how opal is very porous, it can easily change color etc, but no one told me that when I bought it, I didn’t know over time the necklace would look that dirty and I don’t even get to wear it everyday. So i feel like I’m being sold something with poor quality at a high price and then getting lied to about the warranty just so I can buy it and so they can make extra commission is not fair to me. The name of the store manager is Laura. When I asked to speak to a manager she said I am with a tone, and tbh I didn’t even know she was a manager because she had me stand there for a hour, because she couldn’t pull up information on the computer and had to ask every single associate in there for help, which if you ask me looks very unprofessional because as a manger I would assume you hold the highest knowledge in the store. And standing there for a hour got me upset because I came in there with the intention to be quick and then leave, I had things to do, and it never takes this long. She didn’t even turn around to explain why it’s taking so long or say I’m sorry for the long wait. If I could leave 0 stars I would, but on the contrary Debra was very very helpful to me, and I appreciate her customer service. Someone like her deserves a higher position

I come every 6 months for my diamonds to get cleaned and inspected as per your company policy. Today, I was met by a sales associate with a roll of the eyes and firmly told “we usually don’t do that during the holidays, but I guess I’ll do you a favor”. Well, let me tell you something, if you sell items in December during the holiday season and expect your customers to come back for diamond cleaning and warranty inspection for the diamond. You should expect people to come back every June and December. Rude. I was looking for jewelry for my mom as a gift. I’ll head to Kay now

It seems like just yesterday, when I first came here to propose to my wife, we bought both an engagement and wedding band here. The size of the stone was like half a carat, but ten years later, we returned my wife needed an upgrade, and I thought she deserved it, so we repaired Exchange. Ambica took great care of us. She was very courteous and professional in showing us the different rings and sizes of the diamonds. We saw different types of jewelry. They sell wedding bands, rings, bracelets, earrings, and chains, among other things. We primarily focused on wedding rings and bands. My wife fell in love with a two and one fifth carat diamond ?. This ring was glittering so hard ? I almost lost sight staring at it, and it was love in the air for my wife. She was more infatuated and obsessed with Love Verawang's engagement and anniversary band. I had to get them even though it went way over budget. After ten years of marriage, it is well worth the investment.

This is an amazing store. Great location and lots to choose from. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have it, They work to get it. Make sure you follow them for sales and shows.

I've been to this location multiple times over the years. I've purchased many types of jewelry including earrings, rings, chains and they've all been high quality and backed by some form of protection plan.An associate that is usually extremely helpful is Emily who has helped me pick out pieces, save me money, and broken down how to protect some of these purchases. Laura the manager has helped me with jewelry inspections and is very knowledgeable.Diamonds covered by their diamond commitment are eligible for replacement if they're lost and they'll clean and inspect for any damage that might occur.Regular jewelry add-ons come with lifetime protection plans. A small fee for things your spending thousands of dollars on makes sense in my eyes if it's going to be covered forever.I rarely review things but this seemed like a given.

They sell fake jewelry my ex boyfriend bought me a Vera wang diamond necklace from there , I tried to sell it to someone else in a different jewelry store and they told me it was silve it was rip-off I have the receipt that it was from there

I took my fiance to inspect her ring today. Extremely awful, they only had one person working, helping customers, and it appears to be forced to be in a corporate call on speaker so we were hearing all of their success and fails on the business reports lol her ring was not even cleaned correctly... I don't blame the girl because she is only one person... I wanted to buy some nice earrings that I saw but eh, I didn't want to listen to their Q3 sales... Hey Zales, hire more people!! According to the call it seems your sales are great so you have revenue to hire lol

I purchased a pair earrings for my daughter for Christmas and one of the earrings did not close properly I meant to bring them back sooner but I brought them back today which is the morning of February 28 just outside 60 days of the purchase but it was Christmas time. The manager was extremely disappointing. After I spent so much money on the earrings she wanted to charge me $70 to fix the earrings which my daughter didn’t even wear yet. I told her how we always purchase items there and with this type of store I feel that they can do some thing. And she told me it doesn’t matter if you purchase one thing or many things we all get treated the same. A horrible thing to say. I said I wasn’t looking for special treatment I just meant with the type of store that they are. She said without the warranty I can’t do anything so I asked her if I can purchase the warranty and she said I don’t even know if I can add it on but she was able to for $80 instead of me spending 70 and having no warranty. She could’ve suggested that to me in the first place because she was able to add it on. The store had the very same pair of earrings she was packing them to give to me and she didn’t even check to make sure they close properly. I had to ask her . A very cold woman. Now I will not go back there.
