Shady sales tactics. Matt added ATT Next Up without first confirming it with me. While reviewing the upgrade he mentioned that I was eligible for a new phone every year. When I asked whether he was referring to Next Up, he said yes I was enrolled. Told him I did not want to pay extra for this service and to remove it. He claimed I was removed from the service before I left, but it is still showing up on my bill an hour later. Last time I upgraded my phone there a few years ago he pushed for the program as well.
Edit: I stopped responding because I already cleared up my issue with AT&T directly. I do not appreciate the multiple back to back calls from your business line and what I can assume is your cell phone, this was borderline harassment and I have since blocked your numbers. My entire point is that the charge should never have been applied to my account without my consent, I shouldn't have had to cancel it after the fact.

Matt is amazing, friendly, personable, and easy to work with. We live out east and will drive to that store location just to deal with Matt. He even stayed open late last night for us. Give this man a raise!

Excellent experience today with Matt at AT&T. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was able to get us a great deal on our plan. We ended up at the Bayport store while out running errands (we live about 30 min from Bayport) but his service was worth driving back to Matt's store for everything going forward!

Matt is simply an amazing guy, I was stuck in a big problem with my phone but he figured out a way and helped me get all my data transferred and a new phone, he did not give up and made it happen for me. Highly recommend this store and Matt.

Matt is incredibly helpful and attentive. I’ve been going to him for years. He’s been great with any issues with my phones (kids and cells phones lol)… he’s your man! He came to my hospital with fliers… he’s hard working and helpful! I highly recommend him at Bayport ATT wireless
