“I have been banking with Apple Bank for the past 34 years. First at the Lindenhurst Branch and for the last 20 years at the Ronkonkoma Branch. The staff at Ronkonkoma is so courteous, friendly, and professional. It is such a pleasure to know all the staff and the staff treats their customers like family. The bank is clean and spacious and Georgette, Kristen, and Kelly always take the time to chat. Anthony, Kim, and Debbie are excellent bank tellers. The staff was so kind to my senior service dog Dyson. He loved going to the bank with me. Apple Bank will always be the only bank for me. It is such a pleasure to be treated with respect. And to think of the staff as friends. Ronkonkoma Apple Bank is really an example of how a bank and a business should be run.”
“I was kind of surprised seeing how negative the reviews of this bank were. I go here all the time. The staff is always friendly to me. I've had to wait for a few minutes here and there when they've had other customers, but nothing that kept me there for an unreasonable amount of time. Sometimes, there are just other customers there first.
As far as big banks go, I'm happy with them.”

“I've visited this Chase Bellport branch several times, mainly using the ATM. Only once did I need individual help here. I had a problem with some overdraft fees and needed an explanation about them. I was greeted by one of the managers there within a few minutes. He was courteous and professional and he printed up the last few bank statements on my account and reviewed them with me. Yes, they were legit. There were a few of them. He eventually agreed to cancel two of them for me. I was grateful and happy about that. It was a very pleasant experience for me.”

This is a beautiful, newly constructed Chase branch in Smithtown. The parking lot has plenty of spots, so getting in and out is stress-free. Inside, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, which makes banking here a smooth experience.
The only drawback? There’s just one ATM, and I had to wait about 10 minutes while someone took their time depositing. Adding a second ATM would make this location perfect.
Otherwise, this branch is a 5-star experience—clean, modern, and customer-focused.
