The personal accounts some months ago, and the business account just last week. I have never had a hard time with anything since I started banking with TD almost a year ago. Wanda is the assistant manager. The store manager is Victor, and he is also very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see he remembered my name after the first time meeting him. Today I visited and was helped by a very nice young lady (didn't eat her name). “I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. Loriann, the manager is a FANTASTIC!!! Always smiling and confirming that everything is O.K. before I leave. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a great team of people.”

“This branch is where I opened my account in 1991. Always felt welcome. 16 years ago moved upstate, still bank with Citibank. Just called the branch to ask about depositing a large sum, as I'm selling a house and the closing will wrap after the branch is closed, and Im headed back upstate immediately after. Cassandra let me know there is no limit to deposit size using the ATM, which was my concern, and she advised me to first speak with a personal banker to arrange a new account for the deposit to take advantage of an incentive Citi is offering for new savings accounts. Very pleasant and helpful, thank you Cassandra!”

“I love this bank. It feels like a small town bank but it's a chain on Long Island. They can do everything a big bank does, but with personalized service. They know their customers and are extremely helpful. I used to use one of the major bank chains and the level of service did not even come close. I dreaded having a question or needing to go into the back for anything. But not at FNBLI Patchogue. I actually like going here. Everyone that works is this bank is fantastic. I have also been to the Sayville and Huntington branches and have been very happy with the service there also. I can't say enough good things about this bank.”
