“It’s funny sitting here reading the negative reviews. Those reviews don’t even know how to spell Capital One. I’ve had Capital One since they bought North Fork Bank a long time ago. I’ve opened up accounts at other banks for promotional money and brought it straight back to Capital One. I DO NOT TRUST ANY OTHER BANK.”
“Sorry terrible with names their named started with a R (randy?) I finished my first loan ever and had issues with a 3rd part partial payment. He helped me understand clearly what needed to be done. Was able to pay off my loan early and fully and refund a over payment. Also on how to handle the 3rd party. Thank you so much. I appreciate you and appreciate your patience with me as someone new to loans.”
“Today I had to bring my mother to this branch for an issue with her account. Although the issue could not be resolved today to no fault of the bank I will say the level of customer service she received was above and beyond. It's not very often people display such patience and understanding and it was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I left their cards with my mom so if I can edit this review later on I will but would gather the one woman was the manager and the other was a personal banker. I hope you see this although I don't share the same last name as my mom just wanted to say thanks for your efforts.”

“I was kind of surprised seeing how negative the reviews of this bank were. I go here all the time. The staff is always friendly to me. I've had to wait for a few minutes here and there when they've had other customers, but nothing that kept me there for an unreasonable amount of time. Sometimes, there are just other customers there first.
As far as big banks go, I'm happy with them.”
