I swiped my car multiple times and would not start so I went to a different bay and it worked first time. Saw my cc charges later in the day and was charged 40 extra dollars. Got someone on the phone that rambled for a few minutes then just hung up on me.

Update- owner says aware of issue and going to contact me. I have used service before without problems. Except losing a dollar or two by putting it in too late. I was trying to extend the time.

Love it! In and out in a little over 10 minutes. Very helpful with Ford Bronco soft top and not wanting to use car wash. Regrettably I went on a cold windy day but it still was a great quick visit. Highly recommend if you're unable to go to a traditional car wash. One tip, remember to hit the green button on the pad when you're done.

I had previously written a poor review from some bad experiences but the owner seems to have upped their game. Great place if you want a touchless wash, I just use the spray, dont trust the brush. Obviously you cant expect a sparkling car but it gets the salt and grime off.

Not the most up to date self serve car wash but got the job done. Soap out of the wand wasn't super sudsy but adequate. Wax was the same. Standing in a two inch puddle while washing my car didn't help but maybe it's due to it being winter. Although some of the bays had a couple inch high mound of rock salt. Maybe that's why and it has clogged the drains. All in all it gets the job done when you're too lazy or too cold to break out your own equipment at home, and you don't want someone else touching your car at a normal car wash.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went across the street to get some tires and seen this place I figured Hey my daughter and I would have a little fun cleaning the he car together. WRONG! Left with my car worst then what I came I would not recommend. I had to switch Bays multiple times because of the water pressure not coming out or simply just not working went to Bay4 water pressure was great but once switching to rinse soap will still come out. You would assume it’s a great thing however my car still has dirt and very hard scum on the windows all around the car worst then I arrived. I will be calling my bank to dispute. I’m am very upset as I called the telephone number and he basically said it’s nothing I can do for you . Terrible customer service. Save your time and money. A regular car wash service much more worth it! Trust me

Water pressure was decent, otherwise a waste of time and money. You owe me one blue towel as the dispenser took my money and then did not vend, I want my two dollars.
Also the change machines were taped over and marked out of order...

Another type of service that I don’t have near my area, which is a shame. I have to say this place is very nice, I liked it. I don’t mind the automatic car washing, but I like to clean my car myself and this is a very nice place to go. ?

Bay 1 was working. There was a cone in bays 2 and 3. I used bay 4. Put 5 dollars in, turned the knob to wash and got nothing but a 5 minute timer. Called the phone number, rings until it hangs up. Tried 4 times. No option for a voicemail. Not worth my time to try to get my money back. Was going there for a few months, but not anymore.
