I'd give negative stars if I could. My wife never received her order. I called today around opening saying she never received it and that I want a refund.They said the driver delivered it (I was home, and have a ring, no one delivered anything) but they have to contact the driver to see what happened. I called back later in the afternoon and they said they still hadn't spoken with the driver but would contact me before closing at 5. They never reached back out.This place is a scam and judging from the other reviews, I was stupid enough to fall for it to.

This place is only getting 1 star because of the manager EMILY. A bug was on the blondie brownie rapper when I lifted my brownie out of the rapper I noticed this bug crawling out of the rapper. Thank God I had it on another napkin so I could capture this video. Upon calling to report a bug found in my order I spoke with Emily and she was PHENOMENAL, she expressed remorse and told me to bring in my order for a full refund. Upon arrival however, another gentleman approached me to discuss the incident and before I could even explain the situation, he was rolling his eyes and saying that the platter was already more than halfway eaten and that the only thing they can do is replace it. I explained only 2 cakes and 2 brownies were missing as this was a platter purchased for my office and my coworkers grabbed a cake. Only 4 items were missing. This was a platter of more than 10 items. An $80 platter might I add. This gentleman was EXTREMELY rude and kept cutting me off so there was NO WAY he could’ve even heard the situation. He REFUSED to give me the full refund Emily, the manager, had stated I would be getting, and proceeded to argue with me. When I asked for Corporates number his response was “it’s just the 800 number”. I took time out of my busy day of work to oblige with the instructions from Emily and even drove all the way back for them to refund me just to be argued with about the legitimacy of my claim and receive NO REFUND! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered an item early in the morning to be delivered to a family member for their birthday. PAID extra for same day delivery, and again, ordered early in the day. Simple box of chocolate covered apples and bananas, nothing fancy. The tracking has said out for delivery since the early afternoon and they never received it. It’s now 8:30 at night and nothing. Tried calling the store around 5:30pm to find out the status and no answer. Just kept on hold saying they were all busy for a few minutes then a recording to leave a voicemail. Left one and never heard back from anyone. After 6 they’re closed so no answer. Awful way to do business. Save yourself the aggravation and order from a different location.As a follow up, I went to the store this or morning and was told by Emily that they attempted delivery, but there was no answer so they left a tag on the door. Not true. Would not give a refund until she spoke to the delivery driver to find out if he attempted to call me or the recipient. She called me a couple hours later and the story completely changed. Now she said the driver could not find the location (very clearly marked apartment building), and that they attempted to call me twice and the recipient (not true because never got a call and no voicemails were left). She also said nobody told me that a tag was left at the door (she told me that herself in person when I went to the store). She would rather blatantly lie to cover their mistakes than issue a refund and make it right. I do not want anything free. I simply wanted the order cancelled and a refund since it was for a birthday yesterday, and she refused. Like I said, take your business elsewhere. Horrible customer service and a liar manager.

My nephew sent me early birthday heat stopped delivery to home I was at work , driver delivered to work very pleasant and friendly ! Tasted a piece of pineapple and a grape chemical taste also was suppose to have mini cheesecakes and not on tray ! Going in garbage ! I called and girl was rude nothing she can do … wow other reviews pretty bad also ‘ !

I can’t say enough good things on my first experience here this week. Placed an order late Sunday online, and a beautiful, healthy plant was delivered first thing Monday morning. Will use again! ? ?

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment, I would. If you are expecting some type of customer service, don’t even bother with this store and I would take My money elsewhere. My delivery for a family member’s birthday was unable to be delivered as the recipient was not home, thus when I called to seek some re-delivery of some sort - Emily the alleged manager of the store answered the phone with a nasty attitude, she would cut me off when I would speak and did not even sound like she genuinely cared about the circumstances. She raised her voice at me over the phone which I didn’t appreciate as I am a customer who chose to spend my hard earned money with this establishment in order to do something nice for my family member. Then we established some kind of re-delivery and I specifically gave her a time frame to redeliver (before 2 PM) and the driver shows up around 3:30 PM — LATE. They absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise. Will never order from here again.

On Father’s Day we ordered a fruit box with an insulated mug and paid extra for balloons. When we arrived we were given the box of fruit and nothing else with no explanation. After questioning the employee he got the manager who said they were out of the mugs and had no balloons but that the mug could be mailed to the recipient. This of course never happened. I contacted corporate and he lied to them saying my order was redelivered. He is a scammy person and I would avoid this location, very dishonest.

Ordered same day delivery today for Mother's Day- traditionally we don't celebrate Mother's Day (as every day is Mother's Day) but after becoming a father I've realized how much harder it is for our Mothers. If it wasn't for my mother, my wife, and my mother-in-law I wouldn't be this humble and gracious.You can order right from their site for same day delivery or call them. Emily was extremely helpful over the phone. This will be my go-to for special occasions like Mother's Day...Special thanks to this store to let us start our Mother's Day celebration one day early.At the time of writing everyone is enjoying as you can see how much detail was put into providing this for us. My mother wasn't expecting flowers as she doesn't expect any of us to bring her any because she had been very stern while raising us- it was nice to see her smiling and she did appreciate the kind gesture.

I ordered a surprise Edible Arrangement from the Bayport store for my niece to be delivered on her birthday. They didn't deliver it on that day or notify me it wasn't going to be delivered. The next evening I get an email it was delivered the next day. When I called the store, they were very nasty on the phone. She stated her policy was if the Edible Arrangement was delivered the next day and someone received it on my behalf, they would not give a refund. I tried explaining to her that it was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday and if I knew they weren't delivering it I would have ordered something else. I then asked why I wasn't notified and she did not have an answer, just kept repeating her policy louder talking over me. I will never use them again!

3251 Horseblock Road, Medford NY --do not use this Edible Arrangement Store. The owner of this store sending dead flowers which I think were left over from Valentine's Day because the order was 2 weeks later. USE any other store but now I can no longer send Edible Arrangements which was my "go to" for get well gifts.

I had ordered a birthday fruit arrangement to be delivered in a martini glass (wish-tini arrangement) for my mother the day after Valentine's day. The whole point was for her to have the martini glass as it was the theme of the party.What was delivered instead was a little Valentine's day tin that was not worth over the $100 that I paid for it. If I would have received a phone call saying this was unavailable I would have cancelled the order instead I was not made aware. I understand times are busy around the holiday but to then not offer store credit or a partial refund is unacceptable. I will no longer be using this location for future orders!

I wish I didn't have to leave any stars. A friend sent an arrangement for a death in the family. Before opening I Noticed a long piece of hair covering several pieces of fruit. I called the store and the customer service was the worst. She blew me off. She asked me to send pictures which I did and you could clearly see the hair. She said she never got the emails after sending it twice. Do not use this store!!
