Been a contractor for over 30 yrs had a delivery of about 150 studs and other lumber. Never in my life have I gotten worse lumber and I'm not talking about some or even half I'm talking about all, every piece! Never again will I ever purchase anything from them. Wasn't even worthy of the one star I had to give!

Had my partener order from here for a House I was building about a month ago. Was extremely pleased with my order, everything came out beautifully with no issues. Workers were friendly. Danny answered all questions sufficiently and was straight forward. I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase good quality materials.

Builders First Source in Bayport exceeded our expectations. They are quick and efficient. Even their delivery staff William went way beyond his job to help us with moving extremely heavy equipment. The staff is helpful and pleasant to work with.

Quick to check in... but this guy is slow receiving the load, one bundle/item at a time, then goes off to stock it and returns 7mins later, way to go, yes i timed it... my ELD is running... get the stuff of my truck, check it and let me get going, im not here to view the store front or rest at your place...

I was in and out in 15 minutes. I got a quote on pine shiplap siding (the price seemed normal for long Island) and purchased some 2x6s at a price which was a little bit lower than Home Depot. The guy at the front desk was fast and polite and the guy in the lumber yard grabbed my 2x6s in about 4 minutes. He then helped me put them on my car. ProBuild seems like a no frills place to by materials.
