After having a VERY difficult time completing the sign up on line, I saw Rich at the Church St. location and he easily saw me through the whole process. He was professional, helpful and absolute pleasure to work with. Storage unit looks clean,well maintained, and again, quite honestly,Rich made thewhole process much better than I'd experienced on line. GREATJOB!

The process of renting out a storage unit from iStorage / NSA is user friendly and easy. You can go during management hours or sign up online. The location offers different sizes with affordable rates. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. 10/10 recommend.

I’m a Blue Point local and My parents and I have been using this place for a longg time, I’ve had units in both buildings myself since 2020 and no complaints! Great prices and the management is extremely friendly. The gentleman Rich in the office is a pleasure to deal with, he’s always welcoming with a smile ready to help with whatever. We appreciate it!

I rented a unit 10 years ago and was happy with it so when I needed storage space again, I went right to IStorage again, and I'm so glad I did. Rich is so kind and thoughtful and does everything he can to make your time there comfortable we all know how hard it can be when you have the store your belongings it's just so nice having someone to help you along the way, I have to say Rich is an asset to this company and I'm glad he's there for me. Thank you, Rich.
