I recently went to this ATT store to switch over to FirstNet, as a first responder I was initially grateful to be quoted a price to switch me and my family over to ATT and upgrade our phones at a reasonable rate. The quote looked good, I was made aware the initial bills may not include all of the discounts which I understood. And that was when the nightmare started. My first bill rolls around and I am charged over 600 dollars than what I was initially quoted for. I was double charged certain activation fees and there was an entire line and number that was added to my plan without my consent. I know like many others first responders, money is tight, to see an unexpected 600 dollars out of your bank is stressful, and to be only offered a store credit only refund when I needed that money for other things was a true slap in the face. When I returned to the store another employee went over my bill and charges and explained to me various insurances and upgrade plans I did not consent to being on my bill. However when asked about my monthly bill moving forward I was told a number nowhere close to what was quoted and agreed to. I was told they could not help beyond that. Shortly after this billing period I was charged another 600 dollar payment from my bank for unexplained reasons which was given back in credits. I am appalled and how poorly this store and ATT have treated me as a customer and urge other individuals and first responders to avoid this place if they would like to deal in good faith about their phone upgrades.

I went in there because I purchased headphones from the ATT store in another state but it was defective and I could only listen to music but not take any calls. It had been exactly 15 days since purchase and the manager refused to exchange it which is what I wanted. Not only that he refused to exchange it because he said I only had 14 days and wouldn’t even make an exception for a customer that has been with them for 20 years but he did not even attempt to help me figure out what the issue was. He just sat in his chair, didn’t move, didn’t ask to see the device, didn’t ask if he could try to plug it in and see whether it was my new phone or the new headphones that was the problem. He just sat there and told me to go and call AT&T and see if they can help me.
I went down the street to another AT&T and guess what??? Problem solved ! I was in and out on less than 10 minutes.
The manager at this location needs to take a few lessons in customer service.

My wife and I had a great experience at the AT&T store on Northern Blvd right by the Clearview Expressway. We were immediately met by the service provider, Brianna, who was helpful, informative, patient, and pleasant. We were there for two hours and never felt rushed.

The worst service that You can expect for the client paying for 4 lines more then $500 a month!
Lot of hidden charges to your bill, be carefull!
